A wild comeback, some huge performances, and battles for playoff positions marked the extra week of the regular season in the Upstate. Here's a look at some of Friday's performances worth of Prep Redzone game balls.

[player_tooltip player_id='284134' first='Jayvon' last='Gilmore'] QB, [player_tooltip player_id='1254122' first='Jamarcus' last='Smith'] WR, and Shane Davidson WR, Gaffney

The trio helped lead a stunning 20-point fourth quarter that saw Gaffney snatch a 27-24 victory away from Spartanburg. Gilmore threw for 254 yards and three touchdowns. Davidson caught all three scores, finishing with four catches for 92 yards. And Smith added 107 receiving yards and 24 more on the ground.

CJ Woodruff DB, [player_tooltip player_id='624354' first='Cam'Rich' last='Smith'] LB, and [player_tooltip player_id='346191' first='Calvin' last='Choice'] ATH, Spartanburg

Spartanburg's defense was disruptive against Gaffney, and these three were at the heart of it. Smith led Spartanburg with nine tackles, Woodruff had five tackles, a pass deflection and a sack, and Choice made six tackles, recorded two sacks, and forced a fumble.

[player_tooltip player_id='1403906' first='Banks' last='Bouton'] QB and Dreshun Smith WR, Greenville

Bouton had a good night as a dual-threat guy for the Red Raiders. He finished 8-of-14 with 222 yards and two touchdowns, and rushed for 129 yards and two more scores on just seven carries. Smith was his biggest target. He made just two catches, but totaled 141 yards and a 78-yard score.

[player_tooltip player_id='1161156' first='Javen' last='Cook'] RB and [player_tooltip player_id='1012830' first='Tushawan' last='Richardson'] QB, Clinton

Cook (pictured) and Richardson led the way as the Red Devils claimed another region title. Cook carried just seven times, but those were good for 114 yards, a 16.3 yards per carry average, and touchdowns of 9, 18, and 57 yards. Richardson, meanwhile, ran four times for 111 yards and a 35-yard score. He was also crazily efficient through the air, completing three of his four passes for 91 yards and a 65-yard score.

[player_tooltip player_id='1405166' first='Aiden' last='Jones'] DL and [player_tooltip player_id='1734552' first='Sammy' last='White'] LB, Greer

In a short night for the starters in a 51-0 win over Travelers Rest, Jones and White still set the tone for Greer. Each had six tackles, each had three tackles for loss, and Jones added a sack as the Yellow Jackets held the Devildogs to 98 total yards, including just 23 on the ground on 40 carries.

[player_tooltip player_id='1012707' first='Lincoln' last='Huskey'] QB, Boiling Springs

Huskey had a good night for the Bulldogs in a 41-0 win over Eastside, throwing for 140 yards and a touchdown and rushing for 61 yards and another score.

[player_tooltip player_id='1013068' first='Tucker' last='Hendrix'] QB and [player_tooltip player_id='816751' first='Jude' last='Hall'] WR, Christ Church

Hendrix and Hall showed why they're one of the most dangerous QB/WR duos in the state in a win over rival St. Joseph's. Hendrix completed 14 of 19 passes for 228 yards and a touchdown. That score went to Hall, who grabbed eight catches for 155 yards and the score.

[player_tooltip player_id='1157743' first='KD' last='Patterson'] RB, T.L. Hanna

Patterson had a huge night in a win over Hillcrest, rushing for 148 yards and three TDs on just 12 carries as the Yellow Jackets claimed the No. 3 seed in the 5A Division II playoffs.

[player_tooltip player_id='1592034' first='Kori' last='Moates'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1036753' first='Aiden' last='Gibson'], Woodruff
