Someone is due for a ranking’s bump! Columbia Heights RB Sahvar Harvey was lights-out electric during Sunday’s PJ Fleck RTB Prospect Camp. Highlighted by two 40s in the 4.6s and a 9’10 broad jump, not to mention a 4.3 shuttle, Harvey was one of the biggest winners and best competitors out of a diverse group of RBs that descended on Dinkytown on Sunday night. First off, Harvey was fast enough to straight up burn LBs who were trying to run the alley and close on Harvey from an angle, and when LBs were attempting to squeeze space head-to-head and in a box drill, things went even worse. Harvey, with dynamite timing and open-field elusiveness, Harvey was eye-poppingly sudden, with the ability to drop his hips and generate a ton of power out of his cuts. Explosive and twitched-up, with natural open-field elusiveness, vision, and instincts, Harvey was breaking ankles, making LBs miss, and putting on a show seemingly at will. What a fun watch!

Sahvar Harvey Sahvar Harvey 5'8" | 170 lbs | RB/DB Columbia Heights | 2027 State MN did a spectacular job at all three phases of the game this season for Columbia Heights. Harvey recorded 954 rushing yards and 4 rushing TDs (7.2 YPC), while adding 62 tackles, 11 TFLs, 1 forced fumble, and an interception return for a TD on defense. As a returner, Harvey led the state with 625 kick return yards (28.4 YPR) and 1 kick return TD. Harvey translated his skills in the backfield in the open field as a returner, showing excellent vision in finding lanes to burst through, utilizing his speed and agility to maneuver around the kick coverage unit to set up the offense. The lone shining star on a winless team this season, Harvey will easily enter his senior season as the face of the team.
