Expert Analysis
Matt Morrow | Prep Redzone Scout
Dequan is an athletic defensive back who had a productive senior season. Dequan had 55 total tackles, with 28 of them being solo tackles, 8 tackles for loss, and 3 pass break-ups. Dequan also showed some receiving skills on offense with 10 catches for 120 yards on the season. Dequan recently received his first college football offer from St. Andrews. Dequan I think fits well as a slot corner early in his career because he likes to be physical and tackles well in space. Dequan was also named an All-Conference player this past season.
