Third on the list is San Diego Bolt’s Devin Davis Devin Davis DB/WR San Diego Bolts (Youth Program) | 2029 CA . Davis is another DB/WR hybrid and his athleticism flashes off the screen. Having good speed as a receiver is a nice bonus, but as a corner it’s a necessity. Davis certainly has speed, especially showcasing incredible make-up speed, so even if you burn him off the line (good luck doing that) blink and he is going to be right back on your tail. Davis also has jump out the gym hops, so floating a pass over his head is all but impossible.
