Recruiting Report- End of September Offers

As September comes to an end we decided to check out some of the recent recruiting news across the state, these guys have all picked up offers and are sure to add more!    [player_tooltip player_id='1183243' first='Cam' last='Mallory'] is a dominant defensive lineman out of Moody who has played extremely well over the past two years. So far in his senior season, Mallory has looked terrific. Week after week, Mallory causes chaos in the trenches and gets into the opposing backfield to make huge plays. He has a quick burst off the line of scrimmage, plays with a ton of strength and speed, and can easily fly by offensive linemen to get to the ball. Mallory is having one of his best seasons to date- he has recorded 38 total tackles (22 solo, 11 for loss), 7 sacks, 8 hurries, and one forced fumble on the season. With that level of production, several teams over the past year have reached out to Mallory trying to add him to their 2026 recruiting classes. This past week, Mallory picked up an offer from Missouri- continuing to add more talented programs to his list. Be sure to keep track of Mallory and this Moody team for the rest of this season, he's been making a ton of plays and is bound to keep it up!     [player_tooltip player_id='1196647' first='Kamari' last='Todd']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/kamari-todd/"></a> is a highly talented defensive back out of Gardendale who has played terrific this season. Todd is excellent out in coverage, especially in man- he's a physical corner who challenges wide receivers at the line of scrimmage and repeatedly wears them down throughout games. In addition to his coverage skills, Todd plays against the run really well. He consistently shows a willingness to get involved in the run game- he's not afraid of contact, is a good tackler, and does a great job reading and reacting to the ball carrier's movements. Todd has been super reliable out in Gardendale's secondary this season- he's already recorded 41 tackles (25 solo, 2 for loss) one sack, and one interception. With how well he's played over the last two seasons, Todd has seen his recruitment begin to really open up. Last week he announced that he received an offer from Chattanooga, and with the kind of tape he's putting out this season, we should expect to see more offers turn up his way. Keep track of him going forward- Todd is a talented prospect who would be an asset to any defense at the next level!     [player_tooltip player_id='1196638' first='Ladarius' last='Jemes'] is a dominant DE/EDGE prospect out of Huntsville that has been phenomenal in his senior season so far. Jemes is a disruptive player that consistently provides pressure and stops the run. Jemes is a physical player that plays with a lot of speed and pursuit- he always gives 100% effort each snap to try and impact or stop plays regardless of where he initially lines up. When rushing the passer, Jemes does a great job utilizing his size and rush moves to overpower and outfinnesse opposing offensive linemen. He frequently can generate pressure and take down the quarterback, making him a reliable player in the trenches on all three downs. It's been easy to notice these skills this season, Jemes has been on fire to start his senior season and has already recorded 24 total tackles (15 solo, 8 for loss) 4 sacks, 19 hurries, 4 pass breakups, and 3 fumble recoveries on the year. It's been really impressive watching Jemes play this season, but we aren't the only ones taking notice. Just this last week Jemes picked up an offer from Arkansas State- and with how well he's played this definitely won't be the last! Be sure to keep watching him down the stretch, he's been one of the top defenders in the state this season and is a blast to watch!       [player_tooltip player_id='283575' first='Rhys' last='Dorsey']<a href="https://prepredzone.com/player/rhys-dorsey/"></a> is a talented ATH out of Dothan that has been terrific for his team's offense at wide receiver. Dorsey is an electric playmaker at wide receiver- he plays with a ton of speed, quickness, and physicality that allows him to consistently make huge plays downfield. Dorsey has great speed, runs sharp routes, and has a set of hands he uses to bring in some tough, contested catches all around the field. It's really impressive seeing how easy it is for Dorsey to gain separation against defensive backs, he can run the whole route tree and has the athleticism to always get open no matter the circumstances. All of this and more has shown up on tape this season for Dorsey, he's had a huge start to his junior season and has already recorded 19 receptions for 398 yards and 5 touchdowns. Teams at the next level are starting to see what Dorsey has to offer, this past week he picked up an offer from Central Michigan, nad with how he's been playing it's fair to expect to see him pick up some more soon. Dorsey is a highly athletic playmaker who will continue to be a really reliable player for his team this season and next, be sure to watch him this year, he's a heck of a talent!
