Hill’s ascension since before last fall has been documented and he should jump up over 10 division 1 offers soon. He was virtually unstoppable and nearly lead his squad to the finals. At 7v7s what is more impressive to me is not when a receiver gets open but what they are able to do with the ball after. Many different reps Vinnie was covered but you still saw him spring free for extra yards and even a couple of scores. His speed and stride are game changing, ranking him 84th overall does not do him justice. Since the event he has picked up two more offers and has many suitors coming.

Vinnie finally cracked the Top 100 in this update. He is a very good athlete with very good acceleration, quickness, and speed. Very good release into his routes and separation quickness at the top of his route, with very good change of direction and acceleration allowing him to win with his athleticism. Shows elusiveness and strength as a runner in YAC. Also is a good Safety on defense. Finished 2025 with 52 Rec, 806 Rec Yds, 1,200 Total Yards, and 17 TDs. Vinnie Hill Vinnie Hill 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Woodbridge | 2027 State VA was primed for a breakout season and that was even before he transferred to Woodbridge. The junior wideout had highlight reel after highlight reel last week with 4 touchdowns and 185 yards receiving. Pretty sure I told you this when he won the MVP honors at our Spring Showcase but regardless he has been a star in the early going for the Vikings. A quick get off and excellent use of his hands, each time Caleb Tucker Caleb Tucker 5'11" | 185 lbs | QB Woodbridge | 2026 State VA looks his way he is bound to come up with a big play.

Vinnie Hill Vinnie Hill 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Woodbridge | 2027 State VA burst onto the PWC scene as a sophomore for the Gainesville Cardinals. In 2024 he had 5 touchdown receptions and 29 catches despite only playing in 5 games. That is impressive enough but what he has done this off-season has got the town of Woodbridge buzzing. I swear I saw him at several different camps and he was either earning MVP or top performer honors at each one. Hill is a rising star that if you do not know about yet, you are about to in a couple weeks.

Recently transferring to Woodbridge Vinnie Hill Vinnie Hill 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Woodbridge | 2027 State VA has been on the rise from not being even watch listed a year ago. Bumping up to 104 in the state and 12th for his group, he is set for a monster debut for the Vikings. That offense is going to be fun to watch and Hill gives them another weapon. He is 6’0 and 165, this off-season he has earned MVP honors at numerous camps including our Spring Combine.

He had my colleague Vic Castillo raving with his outing amongst the defensive backs. Hill was a standout for me a couple weeks back at receiver in a different showcase and he followed that up with an MVP performance with the cornerbacks in Charlottesville. This is my favorite rep below, he stays stride for stride with an all-state receiver, Hill is going to be a star in 2025.

While Gainesville graduated a number of seniors and their only Head Coach in school history stepped down, they still have way too many stars like Vinnie Hill Vinnie Hill 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Woodbridge | 2027 State VA back in the fold. The MVP of the receivers was his to be had and Hill capitalized on the opportunity.

6’0, 165 pounds. Can double as a wideout or DB yet primaried at WR for NOVA Nightmares 18U this past weekend. A current sophomore who scored five touchdowns in five games for Gainesville last Fall. Will be ranked on the next update.

Witnessed him work the perimeter for NOVA Nightmares, carries a stride that can take the top off a defense. A smooth route-runner who is an efficient worker, not much wasted motion out on the field. An accelerator out of his cuts, Hill proved he could win going deep or outside-in. Hill looked like an effortless mover, couple that with soft hands, and QBs have a reliable #1 option to target in settings like this one.

Already a standout based on his past season with the Gainesville Cardinals, receiver Vinnie Hill Vinnie Hill 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Woodbridge | 2027 State VA earned a top performer spot at our Duel in the DMV. Hill was one of top 40 performers and was constantly getting open for this NOVA Nightmare squad. You can tell by his route running this young man is a master of his craft. He played a lot for a senior deep Gainesville squad last fall and should be poised for more targets in 2025.

Gainesville has so many stars you tend to find two or three new ones each time you watch them. Sophomore Vinnie Hill Vinnie Hill 6'0" | 165 lbs | WR/DB Woodbridge | 2027 State VA is on his way and his performance against Gar-Field was something to remember. Early in the second quarter he leaped over two defenders and scampered down the sidelines for a 65 yard touchdown reception.

Later in the half he picked up a blocked field goal for a 70 yard touchdown return. Yes you read that right he had two 60 plus yard scores in one half.
