Has the arm strength to deliver the ball downfield and accuracy to hit his target. Mobility to move around the pocket, scramble and throw on the run. Poise to stay in the pocket and deliver the pass. Also is one of the team captains on the team. Olsen has the size and movement to play along the interior at the next level.
