One of the most productive receiving careers in 8 Man Football that WI has ever seen is the TE Ayden Phillips Ayden Phillips 6'7" | 225 lbs | ATH Almond-Bancroft | 2025 State WI out of Almond-Bancroft. Ayden has a fantastic frame at 6’7″ 225 lbs and is as much of a mismatch as you might expect. He is able to stretch the seam, win the 50/50 jump balls in the redzone, and completely remove defenders from the zip code as a blocker. Ayden has made strides in his body control with that massive frame. He is clearly growing into it and looks more comfortable running around the field compared to 2023. It looks like there is plenty of speed for the TE position at the next level in his game. He has plenty of examples of him beating DBs downfield or beating pursuit angles. The senior is a playmaker that needs more eyes on him.

A frame that gives him a huge advantage in the receiving game where he is able to box out or use his length to give his QB reliable separation to target. Ayden also uses that length to get off blocks as a blitzer. The senior has an effective first step that gets him success on blitzes too. The big man flashes plenty of speed to stretch the field too and aggressively goes up and gets the ball at the high point.
