If you're looking for some Texas hidden gems, then you came to the right place. Today, I'm looking at some senior sleepers that stood out on tape. As a whole, this group is quite underrecruited, but make no mistake they're talented and have plenty of upside for the next level.

ATH: Jackson Stovall, 6'3" 165, Tarkington

A talented two-way player that can make impact at both wide receiver and cornerback. On offense, he's got sticky hands, terrific leaping ability, and will use his frame to box out smaller defenders. I like him best at cornerback as he's got patient footwork, stays over the tops of targets in zone, and is a physical tackler in run support.

TE: [player_tooltip player_id='1318042' first='Braxton' last='Starnes'], 6'4" 210, Hamshire-Fannett

A talented pass-catching tight end with the speed to take the top off a defense. Starnes is extremely productive at the third level, he quickly accelerates out of his stance to step on a defender's toes and has quality run-after-the-catch ability. He's got great burst at the top of his route and can get a defensive back to turn his shoulders & open his hips before cutting underneath him.

RB: Chris Augustine, 5'10" 165, Hamshire-Fannett

The fact that this kid doesn't have an offer is quite surprising. Chris has nifty footwork, 10.9 100-meter speed, and has the contact balance to bounce off tacklers & keep on his way. His feet never stop churning through contact, he's got the hips to sink & change direction, and is a steady weapon as a receiver out of the backfield.

OL: Jeremy Wilson, 6'4" 255, Hamshire-Fannett

Jeremy is a tough kid that has the grip strength and balance to control blocks at the second level. He's quick out of his stance in pass protection & can pick up speed rushers, he can reach five techniques on outside zone schemes and has finisher capabilities.

QB: Ty Bryson, 6'1" 175, Hamshire-Fannett

Bryson can extend when the pocket begins to collapse, he keeps his eyes downfield searching and can make a multitude of throws off-platform. He's got the arm & touch to stretch the field vertically, he calmly works through his progression, and has the wiggle to make free rushers miss behind the line of scrimmage.

RB: Preston Stephens, 5'10" 200, Shepherd

Preston put up ridiculous numbers last fall, rushing for 2,161 yards and 22 touchdowns on his way to being named second-team All-State. He's a powerful north and south runner that will run defenders over that get in his way. He's got patience behind the line of scrimmage, vision, and will make arm tacklers look silly at the second and third level.

QB: Michael Moshier, 6'2" 215, Silsbee

Michael accounted for 40 touchdowns last fall on his way to leading Silsbee to a 12-1 record. He's got a live arm, guts within the pocket, and will square his shoulders to his target when throwing on the move. He can add mustard for tight window throws, shows consistent ball placement, and has a quick setup against the rush

OL: Denim Orebo, 6'4" 285, West Orange-Stark

Orebo has some heavy hands and overall good bend. He moves well for a man his size, he can get out on the perimeter and block in the screen game, and is a vicious puller on gap scheme runs. He's strong at the point of attack, plays with a wide base, and can easily displace interior defenders on downblocks.
