Man… Calondrey is a true hidden gem at Detroit Central, and I don’t think his current skill comes close to his true potential. At 6’2″ 175, Calondrey has an ideal frame and length to be a dominant receiver. His film shows solid route-running, downhill speed, and open-field ability. He tracks as a taller, more athletic X receiver, though he could easily be schemed up to play Z. Like I said, he’s still a bit raw, but I absolutely love what I see when it comes to size and open-field athleticism. Calondrey currently holds a wide variety of offers from the MAC, GLIAC, and HBCU.
