However, there are also a ton of prospects in the PSAL who are on the fringe of FCS/D@ Scholarship level and D3 who deserve some recognition. These prospects all based off their Junior film I think show the traits necessary to play at the next level, the level they play at will likely be determined by their senior year tape because they don’t check the boxes of FBS prospects.
Clarke the biggest prospect on this list out of Cardozo can play all across the defensive line and he flashes some burst and good movement off the ball. At times Clarke can play high but when he plays with leverage he shows some natural power and strength to anchor.

Miciotta out of Erasmus Hall is the next LB that the Dutchman will lean on in the middle of their defense. Miciotta who I also saw at the Downstate classic is quick and twitchy for a LB and he shows good anticipation and flashes some solid closing speed on tape.
Highlights
Bernard out of Lincoln may not be the biggest DE and he could even be considered an OLB/Edge. Bernard shows good burst off the ball and quickness when shooting gaps. He shows on tape he can shed blocks with good hand usage and consistently finishes plays with good tackling technique.
Highlights
Tarwoe out of Curtis is a true outside cornerback prospect who excels in press man coverage. Tarwoe’s best reps come when he can get his hands on WRs within 5 yards. Tarwoe shows fluid hips and is able to be sticky in man coverage if he can feel the WR. Tarwoe consistently is able to impact the catch point but can take a big step in his game if he can start to locate and play the ball more at times.
Highlights
DiMattina a DB prospect from Tottenville primarily plays a free safety role but he can come down into the slot and play some corner on tape. DiMattina’s game is instincts and ball skills. He is a smaller DB prospect but at free safety he has good range and does a great job of anticipating and attack the ball.
