It is easy to shrug off a 5’11” 215 lbs OL, but Baylor proved he belonged at center for Winneconne in 2025. An OL that featured Baylor and four seniors. An OL that cleared the way for 14 straight games on the way to a State Championship. Baylor understands his limitations too. He wins with quickness and body positioning, and once he gets in the right spots he doesn’t let DL get around him. The ’28 actually has multiple clips of him getting DTs on the ground early in the play too. Of course he will need to add to that frame to play at the next level, but he is learning how to win with the traits he currently has. That is a big part of the battle. Learning how to win with what you are given.
