Gryffin was a standout from the start. He moves very well in the combine and in drills, and had some coaches buzzing toward the end. He has quick feet and can change direction quickly. He has good hips, and plays with good vision. He can cover any route, and can get from deep thirds to the boundary quickly. His film shows even more skills. A player to watch this summer.

He stood out during the camp the most in a competitive live 1v1 tackle drill between offense and defense. He showed off his ability to get to the ball carrier and make open field tackles when in 1 on 1 situations. He is a physical corner with good speed. He was one of the fastest Defensive Backs at the entire camp, running a 4.68 second 40 yard dash. He will be a prospect to keep an eye on this fall.
