Charles Johnson Jr Charles Johnson Jr 5'5" | 150 lbs | RB Pattonville | 2022 MO , RB, 5-5, 150, Class of 2022, Pattonville
Johnson capped off an outstanding spring season with another big performance in the Pirates’ 64-41 win over visiting Ritenour. He carried 27 times for 194 yards and two touchdowns.
In the five game spring season, Johnson racked up 692 yards rushing and seven touchdowns.
Logan Williams, QB, 6-3, 225, Class of 2021, Pattonville
Playing in his final high school game, Williams was once again a difference maker for his squad. He completed seven of 15 passes for 158 yards and three touchdowns and ran for a season-high 109 yards and three more scores.
Williams powered Pattonville’s 4-1 spring campaign. He finished with 752 yards and eight touchdowns through the air and 350 yards and seven touchdowns on the ground.
Lajuan Morgan, WR, 5-6, 135, Class of 2021, Pattonville
Morgan was Williams’ favorite target on Friday night. He caught three passes for 95 yards and two touchdowns. He finished the spring with 16 catches for 235 yards and four scores.
Marcellus Griffin, QB-RB, 5-9, 175, Class of 2021, Ritenour
After a strong start, Ritenour couldn’t keep up in the track meet that was their game against Pattonville, but it wasn’t for a lack of effort from Griffin. The running back-turned-quarterback ran for 194 yards and three touchdowns on 37 carries and passed for 161 yards and two touchdowns.
Simeon Cooper, RB, Class of 2023, Brentwood
Cooper and his backfield mate and classmate, John Clay, have been a potent pair for Brentwood this spring and powered the Eagles to a 4-0 record.
Cooper came up big in a 49-24 win over visiting Soldan on Friday with a pair of touchdowns.
Micheal Hopkins Micheal Hopkins 6'0" | 170 lbs | QB McCluer | 2022 MO , QB, 5-11, 188, Class of 2022, McCluer
Hopkins had another strong game for the Comets (3-2). He completed 10 of 24 passes for 169 yards and a touchdown and also ran for two scores.
Kameron Gillespie Kameron Gillespie 5'11" | 185 lbs | WR McCluer | 2022 State MO , ATH, 6-0, 180, Class of 2022, McCluer
Gillespie rushed for 136 yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries in the loss at Carterville. He finished the spring season with seven touchdowns in five games.
