Under The Radar Prospect Summer Spotlight

With the 2024 summer camps coming up, I wanted to go in-depth about some guys that are under the radar right now. These players are all talented and have college level ability. Some of these players have a few offers and with the help of big senior seasons I can see all of them playing college football at some level.       Nathan Merriman, RB, Sunlake High c/o 27   5'9 160lbs    Merriman is a player that I think Sunlake will have to rely on heavily coming into this season. He played sparingly last season but took big strides over the spring and had a very good spring game rushing for 148 yards and adding 65 yards receiving. Merriman has the ability to be one of the best backs in Pasco County in 2024.   Strengths:   <ul> <li>He's a scat-back type of runner that shows a lot of acceleration and burst to the second level</li> </ul>   <ul> <li>Good lateral agility weaving in and out of traffic</li>   <li>Versatile player that can lineup in the slot and be an effective receiver</li> </ul>   Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/19572092/Nathan-Merriman">https://www.hudl.com/profile/19572092/Nathan-Merriman</a>       [player_tooltip player_id='831339' first='Armani' last='Sullivan Jr.'], DB, Boca Ciega High c/o 25   6'2 192lbs   Sullivan got off to a fast start for the Pirates this spring. In the spring game, he intercepted two passes and returned one for a 90-yard touchdown! Sullivan is a versatile player who contributed on both sides of the ball last season. On offense, he rushed for 112 yards on 10 carries with two touchdowns. On defense, he chipped in with 13 tackles, one tackle for loss, one sack, and two passes defended. Sullivan has one Division 1 offer from Middle Tennessee State. He's a nice athlete that coaches need to check out ASAP. In a 23-20 loss to Keswick Christian, Glover finished the night with three total touchdowns, with one of them being a pick-six! Glover has offers from UIW, McNeese State, Bethune Cookman, and the University of San Diego. Coaches need to head to Lakeland, Florida and check him out immediately.   Strengths:   <ul> <li>Shows running ability with the ball in his hands with good vision, balance, and has some ability to make tacklers miss</li>   <li>Sticky cover skills at corner </li>   <li>Can play on either side of the ball at the next level, real versatility</li> </ul>   Film: <a href="https://www.hudl.com/profile/16228383/Dathan-aquil-Glover">https://www.hudl.com/profile/16228383/Dathan-aquil-Glover</a>       Carson D. Griffin, WR, Mosley High c/o 26   6'2 180lbs   Griffin is a very good sleeper prospect out of Moseley High in Panama City. Last season the rising junior had 19 catches for 312 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also contributed on the defensive side of the ball with 23 tackles, one tackle for loss, and two interceptions with three passes defensed. In the spring game Griffin showed out against good competition totaling 8 catches for 150 yards and 3 touchdowns.
