In this article I will recognize my top 5 pool play performers. These athletes stood out and left a long lasting impression on me after Day one.
Raymond Queen
Raymond Queen
It didn’t take long to realize Raymond was one of the top players on his team. Offensively, he was catching balls in traffic along with demonstrating his ability to run after the catch all day long. Raymond has a large frame for his age. He was arguably the biggest kid on the field making a bunch of plays in all three of his pool play games. Raymond was one of the most productive players for his team and seems to be headed in a great direction as he continues to blossom as a young athlete.
Davion Jones
Davion Jones
Davion was all over the field both offensively and defensively making plays for his squad. I watched him make one of the more impressing plays coming down with a 50/50 ball out leaping the taller offensive receiver for an interception on one play. Offensively, he made some really impressive catches as well. He definitely left a long lasting impression on me due to his perfomance.
Jabril went through reads making accurate throws easily. He definitely has a skill to continue growing and developing as a good quarterback. He was very coachable. Witnessed him get coached up after a particular play and then he had the skills to apply what he was coached on to fix it the next rep. He will be one to keep an eye on for sure as he continues to develop.

Nyzel Almeida
Nyzel Almeida
Nyzel was absolutely electrifying with the ball in his hands. He hauled in everything thrown his way plucking the ball out the air with all hands every catch. Seems to have a strong sense of route running at such a young age. He pulled away from defenders at ease with his blazing speed. I predict this kid to be a highly rated prospect as he continues to grow and develop.
Mikey was a dude all day leading his Breakthrough Elite team to an undefeated start at 3-0 during pool play day. He was seen going through progressions and finding his receivers all day long from inside the pocket and out. Has good mechanics for such a young quarterback. He will be a name to follow for the future in New England for sure.

Keanu Novaton
Keanu Novaton
Keanu was probably the best player on both sides of the ball for breakthrough Elite. He mainly played safety on defense and slot receiver on offense. Defensively he possess good reaction skills. He was often seen read and reacting, jumping passing lanes for pass breakups. Offensively, he was dominate in the slot. Plays with a confident chip on his shoulder. Definitely a player to keep an eye on as he continues to develop.
