<p>Prep Redzone updated the 2025 Kansas Rankings earlier this month. Included in those rankings were an impressive group of wide receivers from Western Kansas programs.</p>

<p>Here is a look at five pass-catching prospects who made the rankings and will be looking to climb those rankings with solid senior campaigns.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1115726' first='Dallas' last='Lagree'],</strong> WR, 5'10”, 150, Sedgwick</p>

<p>Lagree is currently ranked No. 41 in the Class of 2025. He gets off the line quickly and understands how to create space between him and defenders. During his junior season with the Cardinals, he made 63 receptions good for 856 yards. He has a total of 13 touchdown catches in three seasons. Look for him to make a run at the 1,000-yard mark to wrap up his high school career.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='571098' first='Cooper' last='Williams']</strong>, WR, 6'3”, 170, Clearwater</p>

<p>Williams is currently ranked No. 73 overall in the Prep Redzone rankings for the Class of 2024. He has nice size and can high-point the ball. He finished with 21 catches for 301 yards during a shortened junior season. His numbers during his sophomore season included 46 receptions for 820 yards. His size makes him an attractive end zone threat and he can also play defensive back.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1115036' first='Tyce' last='Melvin']</strong>, WR, 5'8”, 140, Norton</p>

<p>Prep Redzone has Melvin ranked No. 108 overall among his 2025 peers. His numbers suggest he might be under-ranked. In 12 games as a junior, he caught 56 balls for the Bluejays and gained 880 yards. He made six touchdown catches and has nine in his high school career. His ball skills also translate to success on the defensive side of the ball as he recorded 5 interceptions last season. He also finished with 64 total tackles, playing both ways for Norton.</p>

<p>Tarango is a multiple-sport athlete currently ranked No. 233 by Prep Redzone. He has quality speed and loads of athleticism. He also plays basketball and baseball for the Beavers. He averaged 7-plus points per game as a junior on the basketball court. He could be utilized as a return man on special teams.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1171024' first='Jayden' last='Amaro']</strong>, WR, 6'1”, 180, Dodge City</p>

<p>Amaro entered the rankings for the first time when the rankings were updated. He is a speedster who is currently ranked No. 363 overall. He made 31 receptions for 469 yards during his junior season for the Dodge City Demons. He is expected to be on the camp and combine scene this spring and summer and will end up with multiple college offers to pick from.</p>
