Otis put some really good stuff on tape as a freshman; the 6’5, 225lb edge prospect is one of the bigger defensive linemen in Section III. At his size, he will be able to physically dominate a lot of the offensive linemen he will face – it will be key games against CBA-Syracuse and Cicero-North Syracuse against offensive tackles both committed to Syracuse, where Otis will be tested this year. It will be intriguing to see if he has taken a step forward from his freshman year. He has the measurables, but the rest of his game will need to continue to develop as he continues his HS career.
