Bangura was a ballhawk in his final year for the Stallions, with 2 interceptions and and 5 pass break ups. The first team defensive back went out fighting for South County and will get another chance to lockdown top notch receivers later today. He is mistaken at times for a linebacker or safety but trust me he can play corner in the collegiate ranks.

I had profiled Bangura as a linebacker earlier this year and that was incorrect, he is a talented safety/defensive back who is finishing his senior year strongly! Very physical at the point of of attack, Bangura deserves more opportunities at the next level. He had maybe his best game of the season two weeks ago against Lake Braddock where he had 8 tackles and an acrobatic interception. He covers a lot of ground in the Stallions secondary and I could see him playing safety in college. He is 6’0 and 170 lbs. would love to see his recruiting pick up as we begin postseason play.

The Stallions have been hit by the injury bug bad thru the first half of the season. Missing several starters, linebacker Aaron Bangura Aaron Bangura 6'0" | 170 lbs | LB South County | 2025 State VA has stepped up and his having an excellent senior campaign. 29 solo tackles already, Bangura is going to be key for a possible late season South County playoff push. He has been a steady force in an otherwise not ideal situation with so many of his teammates going down to injuries.
