Carter Oketunji Carter Oketunji 5'10" | 165 lbs | ATH George Marshall | 2025 State VA is one of the most exciting players to watch in Northern Virginia and had a ridiculous outing last week. A big time threat at wide receiver, the senior sure will give this Madison secondary quite the test. He will make his money at the next level defensively in my opinion, but tonight I am more curious to watch his play on offense.

The top ranked athlete for the Staesmen is cornerback/running back Carter Oketunji Carter Oketunji 5'10" | 165 lbs | ATH George Marshall | 2025 State VA . Ranked 91st overall in the class of 2025 Oketunji is one of the best uncommitted talents in the state.
He is a ballhawk in Marshall’s secondary where he earned second team All Liberty district honors. Not bad offensively carrying the football for 7 touchdowns. His best bet at the next level will be defensively for him in my opinion. Nonetheless, Vic Castillo our regional director is right, he is one the best unoffered kids in his class.

Production is a plus, 750+ yards of offense, seven scores too. Three interceptions, 5 PBUs, just under 30 total tackles from his DB spot. Un-offered, surprised to see little buzz around his name. Often the recipient of many misdirection option sets ran by George Marshall. Great balance, great upfield burst, can hit a different gear when he sees open turf ahead of him. Body type suggests he could serve as a slot receiver. The interceptions he comes down with also give the impression that Oketunji has the hands and tracking ability to serve a role at wideout. A reliable tackler from his boundary corner position. A baiter inside of 15 yards, likes to have his eyes in the backfield inside the red zone. Keeps everything in front of him at DB, most reps on tape have Oketunji coming down toward the LOS to either intercept, deflect, or tackle his matchup. Being open to roles on special teams at the next level will likely boost his stock.
