DelRio just put together his most complete season to date. He’s a complete player who can be used in multiple ways. He’s incredibly strong and does a good job using his core strength. He just about doubled his production across the board from his sophomore year as well. He put up 78 tackles, 7 TFLs, 4 sacks, 2 passes deflected, and forced a fumble. I think DelRio turned the corner in his development this year and could be a signing day steal.

The defensive line product from Laporte is coming off of a fantastic year and should be deemed one of the top DL prospects in the class from here on out. He’s #3 for us right now, and for good reason. He’s got prototypical size and length with a high motor. He’s relentless in his pursuit and almost seems like he takes reps personal. I love guys with high motors and who are willing to do the dirty work without credit, and DelRio is one of those guys. I’ve quickly become a fan of him and I’m excited to see what he can do as he develops.
