Manne we have seen some dogs in the secondary for this class. There are some guys out there that I am very impressed with. I also saw some guys this year that I think will be division one prospects. Let's talk about it for a minute.

[player_tooltip player_id='284031' first='Mickell' last='Smith']

Smith is a guy that I like a lot. I think coaches need to get on him and realize who he is. This young man knows how to cover up receivers. He is not afraid to get up and press guys. He knows how to sit back and cover in the zone. You will not see him being out of position a lot. I think that he is definitely a division one prospect. This kid is a 6-foot-1, 175-pound beast from Northwest Rankin.

[player_tooltip player_id='691284' first='Jamison' last='Kelly']

Kelly is one of the most polished defensive backs in this class. Kelly is a guy that has a high football IQ. It is easy to see that his father has him trained up. I think that Kelly is definitely going to be a division one player. He is a tall lanky guy that has good speed. He also knows how to be the last man on a defense. You will not see him getting beat over the top a lot.

[player_tooltip player_id='691315' first='De'Anthony' last='Miller']

Miller is a guy that is a dog on the field. I really mean that. This young man will come up and lay the boom on your receiver. Be sure to tell your quarterback to get the football to his guy on time. Miller is a guy that will always take advantage of an opportunity to make a play. That's the kind of heart he has on the field. I was able to see him in person in December, and I was really impressed.

[player_tooltip player_id='1175862' first='Tristan' last='Burns']

Burns is a guy that I like a lot. We are going to feature him in a comparison article soon. This kid is a dog on the field. I love the way that he gets after it. This young man does not mind going out there and making big hits. Kid also has some decent speed. I think that he is definitely a player that we need to keep up with.

[player_tooltip player_id='1217436' first='Jayden' last='Knox']

Knox is another 2026 guy that we need to keep an eye on. This young man is a dog on the field. Yes, he excels at receiver, but I could also see him being a good safety. He is definitely a player that I will be keeping up with this season.
