Tarrant enters into our rankings as one of the more impressive rising small school Junior quarterbacks in the Section, and should have a huge Junior season for Wheatland. Coming off a very successful second season campaign, he checks into our WL rankings and is a no brainer breakout candidate heading into 2024. On tape, he shows he is an efficient decision maker that gets the ball out quick, knows when to take off and does a nice job at keeping his eyes downfield under pressure. Look for Tarrant to be one of the better offensive weapons across the region this Fall.
