Bonds has nice size at 5’11” 160 pounds.  Bounces off guys at the end of runs.  Shows good vision and runs well in between the tackles.  Bounces to the edge when needed and shows smooth acceleration in his cuts.  Potential as a pass catcher.

The 5’11, 160 lber. can play RB, WR, and DB, and as a RB, has good hands out of the backfield. Bonds shows some shake in the open field, can spin out of weaker tackle attempts and displays solid balance, noticeable burst, and good vision. He also displays effective cuts – stretches the defense East-West and then slices them up when the seam presents itself, and created some splash gains off seemingly lost reps behind the LOS.

Brennon is a freshman RB who was able to earn playing time on varsity for Warrensburg Latham and the tape has me excited for his potential development over the next three years. Brennon is patient and has impressive vision and instincts with the ball in his hands already. He knows when to let things develop and when to attack. We see him make people miss and also keep his feet after taking hits. The freshman shows an explosive burst when he sticks his foot in the ground and gets up field. Bonds makes it look easy against the varsity level at times. Don’t sleep on this kid. Big things ahead for him.
