Jayshon Ridgle Jayshon Ridgle 6'0" | 200 lbs | ATH Athens | 2024 State AL has been an offensive weapon for Athens all year long and was able to impact their games in a bunch of ways with the ball in his hands. Ridgle was a terrific weapon for them as both a rusher and receiver this season, he ended up with 23 carries for 135 yards and 9 touchdowns on the ground as well as an additional 78 receptions for 1070 yards and 5 touchdowns in the air as a receiving option. No matter what Ridgle is tasked with, he finds a way to excel in his assignment. He runs some crisp routes, can be an impactful player downfield with the kind of speed and acceleration he possesses, and is able to really take advantage of defenses with how well he is able to see and maneuver around the field. Back in July, Ridgle made the decision to stay in state at the next level and committed to South Alabama- getting them another really talented kid out of their backyard for their 2024 class!
