Evelio Lugo Evelio Lugo NY , is last in part one. The Hamden CT prospect, stands at 5’11” 170-Pounds, displaying a good build for a prospect. Lugo suited up for Kingdom Way Black, and was a vital part to a 3-0 Saturday record. Lugo has good throws all day, hitting his targets in stride, and feasted with chunk plays. He saw open receivers consistently, and fed his playmakers the ball, leading to an impressive performance throughout the day. Lugo was named a top performer, but the wrong picture was used taking away some well deserved spotlight.
