Jayden Willis: Big-Framed QB with Poise and Touch
Standing at 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, Jayden Willis already has the size college programs covet in a quarterback. During his junior season, Willis threw for 939 yards and six touchdowns, flashing the tools of a threatening signal caller. He shows impressive touch on his passes, particularly when floating the ball over defenders or delivering accurate strikes along the sideline.
With another offseason of development and a full senior campaign ahead, Willis is poised to take another leap in 2025. If he builds on his junior production, Willis has the potential to attract more attention on the recruiting trail and solidify himself as a quarterback to watch in the upcoming cycle.

Wills just made the transfer to St. Charles after recording a 1,038-yard season at La Plata. He has the ability to make accurate passes on the run and extend plays outside the pocket. Wills and explosive receiver Washington should make an immediate impact in 2024.

Jayden comes to St. Charles after playing his first 2 years at La Plata HS, where I was able to get eyes on him last fall. A good size QB prospect at 6’2″ and a frame to fill out with good bulk, allowing Jayden to be able to take hits and keep going. That frame will help as he is a QB who can make plays with his legs in various ways. Whether moving the pocket, extending the play, scrambling for big gains, or throwing on the run, Jayden will have defenses always on their toes with his range of playmaking ability. He is a talented athlete overall, a 2 sport star, Jayden was also the starting PG for La Plata’s basketball team. Jayden displays a live arm, getting nice zip on his passes with a quick release. I will be interested to see Jayden lead his new squad this fall and take that next step in his development.
