2028 Rankings: Big Time Risers

As we continue our look at the 2028 rankings, we dive in with risers to know. Who are they? Let's dive in.    Jordan is an exceptional receiver for the class and he is one of the biggest risers in our rankings. He is a receiver who has a good release, wins at all three levels, and creates separation with ease. He's a fluid mover and does well with his in and out breaking routes. He has quick feet and runs crisp routes, he's strong at the catch point and is one of the best pure receivers in the class. He'll continue to garner P4 offers.     Manuvai has a great frame and should continue to add muscle to his frame in the offseason. He is a lineman who is light on his feet, he is quick off the line and he moves well and does a good job of keeping speed rushers in front of him and he pushes back on bull rushers. He has great physicality and strength to his game. He is a lineman who can line up on the outside or swing inside. He's a prospect who should see an uptick in his recruitment this offseason. Big time prospect.     Kaio has good size and he should be able to tack on additional weight this offseason. He is an instinctual defender who moves well and shows good athleticism. He covers a lot of ground and he gets up to full gear within strides. He's a player who has good traits and is a D1 prospect. He should see an uptick in his recruitment this offseason.     Myles is an exceptional athlete with good size and athleticism. He's a twitchy athlete, he has quick feet, and shows good hip fluidity. He routinely gets double covered and chipped and still finds ways to make plays. He's a prospect with a lot of upside and he should have an excellent offseason and garner additional interest in recruiting.    Those were some players to know.
