Smith gets it done all over the field for Appalachian and has even emerged as a productive passer. His best long-term projection is likely at LB. He is active, physical, and a sound tackler. He is plenty prolific on offense, supporting a surprisingly strong arm, with the horsepower as a runner to grind down defenses. He is a true iron man and will land in our next update as an ATH.

Aguilar is an intriguing QB who has emerged here late in the process. Intriguing traits, coming in at 6'3 180, with room to get bigger. Has a clean, smooth delivery. Does a good job of mixing up trajectory on the ball and is capable of making touch throws. He is over 1,000 yards on the year, adding 7 TDs against 4 INTs while completing over 60% of his passes.

A lot to like here about Neely. He is a tall, towering prospect at 6'5 and hovering around 200 pounds. He is a dynamic passer who can push the ball vertically. Flashes really impressive touch throws on tape. The intrigue is set here with his athleticism. He can roll better than most players at his size, and he pairs it with the short-area twitch to create his own yards. Once the scramble drill ensues, or he gets out in space, all bets are off. He is a game changer with his legs.

Davis is a breakout senior back who has emerged as one of the most productive rushers in the state this fall, regardless of class. Short, stout player with a low center of gravity. Plays with good foot speed and short-area quickness, allowing him to bounce the ball outside and efficiently find space. Speedy player who holds his top gear long enough to lift off. Not much attention here, but is a high-floor back.

Bennett, a multi-sport athlete, is a state leader in receiving yards and will make his rankings debut as one of the more intriguing small-school performers in the state this fall. He has good hands and tracks the ball exceptionally well through contact. He is an intriguing evaluation for small schools.

Sales is off to a prolific start to his senior year and could be viewed as the most productive receiver in the state, all things considered. Sales is a well-developed player who can go inside-out, but will be best in the slot. He is snappy at critical points of the route and is an unpredictable guard for DBs. He plays much bigger than 6'0, consistently making grabs on the edge of his catch radius, and doing so through contact. All things considered, one of the more underrated players in the state, and should get a crack at the D1 level.

He plays how he should at his size, winning with an explosive first step and pursuit.
Simms is a true difference maker on both sides of the ball. He is a state leader in interceptions and flips around to contribute as a receiver as well. Offensively, he is quick off the line and can find his top gear in a hurry. He is sudden and is capable of stacking moves to separate. His speed at all three levels, explosiveness, and ability to track and play the ball certainly translate to his defense. He can thump outside at corner. Simms is a D1-caliber prospect and will be one of the highest-ranked prospects to debut.
