UPDATED: Norling was a 1st team all-conference selection throwing for close to 2000 yards with 21 TDs/6 INTs on 75% passing. To do what he did as a freshman is eye opening. Look for him to continue and excel as part of HEIR Academy.

27.[player_tooltip player_id='1865137' first='Dom' last='Kelly'] 5-10 160 CB Lindbergh WA

UPDATED: Size is a question mark but from a pure talent standpoint, he's one of the best in Washington. He was one of the most impressive athletes statewide on the camp circuit.

Kelly was a 2nd team all-conference DB and honorable mention WR, garnering respect from all within the KingCo. He should be considered one of the best overall athletes in the state.

28.[player_tooltip player_id='1557952' first='Allias' last='Moimoi'] 5-11 185 QB O'Dea WA

UPDATED: The two sport standout (baseball) is a winner. Moimoi will assume a lot of responsibility at the QB spot after helping the Irish to last years state title. He's undersized but a difference maker.

An honorable mention all-conference pick at QB as a freshman for the 3A state champs. Not a bad way to start a career. The kid can play.

29.[player_tooltip player_id='2079657' first='CJ' last='Leiato'] 6-0 275 OL Auburn Riverside WA

UPDATED: If we are talking projection it all comes down to size. From a pure talent standpoint, he's one of the best lineman in the state.

This kid was a beast on the interior as a 9th grader. Leiato has elite strength for his age racking up 2nd team all-conference honors on the O line, and adding 7 tackles, 2 TFL's, and a sack on D.

30.[player_tooltip player_id='2135985' first='Keean' last='Kessel'] 5-11 155 ATH Union WA

UPDATED: I like Kessel to be one of the top perimeter athletes in the GSHL this coming season and be a 1st or 2nd team all-conference selection. I could see Coach Pyne getting him 30+ touches.

Expect Union to come back in a big way over the next couple years with guys like Kessel leading. As a freshman he averaged 17 yards per catch with a TD on Varsity, while also scoring a handful of touchdowns at the lower level.

31.[player_tooltip player_id='2214205' first='Xeem' last='Vue'] 5-10 175 RB Union WA

UPDATED: Vue had a breakout freshman campaign at the varsity level, going for 200+ yards and a TD, while averaging 5 yards per carry during the year. Union will be much improved.

32.[player_tooltip player_id='1803047' first='Timothy' last='Woodard'] Jr. 6-1 170 ATH Emerald Ridge WA

UPDATED: Woodard should be one of the top sophomores in the SPSL this coming season. He got legit varsity time as a freshman and has the necessary size and overall versatility to be an all-conference guy in 26'.

You have to like the size as a freshman and what he did for a young Jags team. Woodard Jr. caught 12 passes for 74 yards and a TD. Sky's the limit.

33.[player_tooltip player_id='1583872' first='Christian' last='Pulu'] 6-0 295 OL Eastside Catholic WA

UPDATED: Once again it's just a size thing if we are talking projection. Pulu has elite strength and is incredibly talented on the interior.

Pulu earned honorable mention all-conference honors as a freshman for one of the top 3A programs in the state. His projection will depend on continued growth, but the kid can play.

34.[player_tooltip player_id='2134037' first='Axel' last='Avenstam'] 6-3 210 OLB/DE Mercer Island WA

UPDATED: One of only two freshman in the Kingco Mountain Conference to earn all-league honors. Avenstam garnered 2nd team all league accolades, finishing with 37 tackles on the year.

35.[player_tooltip player_id='2267119' first='Trace' last='Defoor'] 6-1 190 WLB/SS Cedar Park Christian WA

UPDATED: The small school standout returns after earning 1st team all-conference honors at DB as a freshman. He finished the year with 68 tackles and 4 TFL's and will be a conference POY favorite as early as next season.

36.[player_tooltip player_id='2137854' first='Ryder' last='Cate'] 6-2 210 LB/TE Puyallup WA

UPDATED: Definitely a dual threat athlete who might end up playing more TE. From a projection standpoint, he could be one of the better backers in Washington with continued progression.

37.[player_tooltip player_id='2137853' first='Braylin' last='Sandstrom'] 6-4 270 T Puyallup WA

UPDATED: The big man can play multiple spots up front but might end up being more of an interior guy. As of right now, he has an FCS/D2 projection and one of the biggest upsides of any player in his class.

38.[player_tooltip player_id='2133901' first='Jalen' last='Amoroso'] 5-11 165 DB W.F West WA

UPDATED: Just a super talented overall athlete. Amoroso earned 2nd team all-conference honors at DB as a 9th grader and will be a POY candidate in the years ahead.

39.[player_tooltip player_id='2133896' first='Xavier' last='Wise'] 5-10 155 WR Bonney Lake WA

UPDATED: One of the breakout underclassmen in the SPSL. Wise averaged 10 yards per catch earning 2nd team all-league honors at the 4A level as a freshman.

40.[player_tooltip player_id='2079672' first='Porter' last='Rhode'] 6-0 170 S/WR Garfield WA

UPDATED: One of the only athletes in the region to earn all-conference honors on both sides of the ball as a freshman. He is a bright light for a Garfield program that has struggled.

41.[player_tooltip player_id='2090603' first='Logan' last='Christie'] 6-3 185 WR Skyview WA

UPDATED: Christie has the size to get in the mix and be one of the better sophomores in the GSHL next season. The Storm was a deceptive (3-6) last year playing a brutal schedule which included both Graham Kapowsin and Puyallup.

Look for Christie to contribute as a sophomore for what is typically one of the better 4A schools in WA. His length and overall play on the 7v7 circuit for Team Lillard has helped bump his stock.

42.[player_tooltip player_id='2137865' first='Karter' last='Bringedahl'] 6-0 180 DB/ATH Lake Stevens WA

UPDATED: Year in and year out Lake Stevens is one of the NW's best programs, making Bringedahl's 7 tackles with an INT that much more impressive. He has good size and speed and could be one of the top two-way threats in WA.

43.[player_tooltip player_id='2236162' first='Cash' last='Fualaau'] 6-0 295 C Puyallup WA

UPDATED: Watch the film as Fualaau is fundamentally elite with the strength necessary to be an all-conference center as a sophomore. Puyallup is incredibly deep at all positions, so we will see how that works itself out.

44.[player_tooltip player_id='2134031' first='Dayton' last='Morris'] 5-10 185 RB Woodland WA

UPDATED: The young RB had a phenomenal freshman season and will now likely be keyed on by defenses. He had 48 carries last season and should double that number this year.

Morris had a 2nd team all-conference season at RB, averaging 6 yards per carry with 4 TD's. He will be one of the best at the 2A level.

45.[player_tooltip player_id='2137879' first='Talan' last='Brody'] 5-11 195 WLB/ATH Camas WA

UPDATED: Everyone is aware of the talent within the family. Talan only played 5 games last year due to injury, but if he can stay healthy, he should be one of the top underclass defenders in the GSHL this season.

46.[player_tooltip player_id='2210852' first='Landon' last='Goff'] 6-3 215 OLB North Kitsap WA

UPDATED: There is still a lot yet to be determined here, but you have to like Goff's size and speed on film and his potential coming off the edge. His overall athleticism (baseball) makes him a very intriguing prospect.

47.[player_tooltip player_id='1924403' first='Treyshon' last='Lovelace'] 6-3 195 OLB Puyallup WA

UPDATED: Lovelace is long with a lot of potential coming off the edge. He got some varsity time as a freshman and put together some good film over the offseason. Definitely a kid to watch.

48.[player_tooltip player_id='2137874' first='Mason' last='Halsell'] 6-4 205 WR Eastside Catholic WA

UPDATED: The size and overall frame are what's most appealing here. Eastside features some of the top athletes in the country which will help other talented young guys on the roster like Halsell who could pop.

49.[player_tooltip player_id='2137837' first='Harrison' last='Hamblen'] 6-0 170 ATH/QB Anacortes WA

UPDATED: Hamblen did well playing limited time as a freshman at the varsity level, averaging 8 yards per carry with a couple TD's. It helps playing for one of the top 2A programs in the state along with 3* Washington St QB commit [player_tooltip player_id='1428218' first='Ryan' last='Harrington'].

50.[player_tooltip player_id='2137861' first='Lazarus' last='Kinchen'] 5-9 155 Slot Emerald Ridge WA

UPDATED: Kinchen went the other way with everyone transferring to GK; he made the move to Emerald Ridge. As a freshman, he caught 3 balls for 25 yards and a TD at the varsity level. I could see him being a primary weapon as a sophomore.
