Per usual rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. You can be an outstanding HS football player but not necessarily project at the D1 level.          *PLEASE NOTE- Numerous players will drop in the rankings through no fault of their own. The 4* recruit returns after a brutal ACL injury with the Lions expected to win the state title. He chose the Ducks over the likes of Ohio St, Notre Dame, USC, Texas, and many others.    Molden was a 1st team all-state selection in 2025 on both sides of the ball, showing off his overall versatility by catching 39 passes for 613 yards and 7 TDs. He is ranked among the top 20 DB's in the country.    2.[player_tooltip player_id='791149' first='Kawai' last='Chamberlin'] 6-3 220 LB Willamette COMMITTED: Oregon St    UPDATED: This is the difference having someone like Coach Shephard at OSU makes. Chamberlin will end up being a multiyear all conference guy for the Beavers and is an absolute steal in my opinion.    I could see Chamberlin blowing up on a national level. He was a 1st team all-league and 3rd team all-state selection, finishing with 103 tackles and 15 TFL's while also catching 4 TDs. His combination of size and speed is unique and will allow him to play at the highest level.    3.[player_tooltip player_id='937176' first='Malachi' last='Garlington'] 6-3 175 WR Nelson COMMITTED: Oregon    UPDATED: Garlington left no doubt committing to the Ducks over Boise St, Washington St and a few others after a monster junior campaign. The local talent will be competing for playing time with some of the nation's top receivers in Eugene.    One of the top receivers and fastest rising prospects on the west coast. Garlington makes a big jump up the rankings board after totaling 51 catches for 910 yards (1000+ all purpose) and 20 TDs, averaging 17.8 yards per reception. Look for him to blow up this off season on the recruiting front.    4.[player_tooltip player_id='1246545' first='Josh' last='Christensen'] 6-6 245 DE Lake Oswego COMMITTED: Oregon    UPDATED: All the potential in the world as everyone knows. Christensen landed offers from the likes of Oklahoma, Nebraska, Washington, and Utah over the last few months. This is one that's still a wait and see for me at the next level. He will be expected to dominate for LO this coming season.    Christensen was named the TRL's Defensive Lineman of the year as a junior, which is a big deal in such a tough conference. Look for him to continue and add high profile D1 offers after garnering 1st team all-state honors as well.    5.[player_tooltip player_id='1684534' first='Jettson' last='Gillam'] 6-4 235 TE/DE Mountain View COMMITTED: Washington St   UPDATED: As projected Gillam blew up over the last few months, landing numerous D1 offers and committing to WSU. Even with all of their success over the years, this could be the best Mountain View team yet.    Probably the fastest rising prospect in the state. You can't teach the size and his ability to maneuver on both sides of the football. He dominated the IMC and if he gets out on the camp circuit should pick up numerous offers.    6.[player_tooltip player_id='1242768' first='George' last='VanSandt'] 6-5 235 TE Central Catholic COMMITTED: Oregon   UPDATED: Speaking of blowing up VanSandt did just that, landing double digit D1 offers, while originally committing to Arkansas before flipping to Ducks. If his recruitment is reflective of his play this coming season, he will have a record setting year for the Rams.    VanSandt developed quickly and is an academic standout possessing a division 1 body. He still has a lot to prove but can block, catch, and also play D. He is one to watch on the camp circuit over the offseason.    7.[player_tooltip player_id='1474331' first='Ben' last='Wiepert'] 6-3 195 Safety/ATH Wilsonville COMMITTED: New Mexico   UPDATED: With all due respect to New Mexico and the success that they have been having I would be shocked if Wiepert ends up there. He's too good and will acquire numerous other scholarship offers in the coming months. Expect him to be the 5A state Defensive POY.   One of the fastest rising prospects in Oregon. Wiepert was the conference POY defensively while also earning 1st team all-state honors on D. He finished with 137 total tackles to go with 23 catches for 411 yards and 3 TDs offensively. He will likely go crazy on offense next year with the graduation of Luke Carli and Keona Tam.    8.[player_tooltip player_id='2161078' first='Cade' last='Wilson'] 6-4 310 OL Banks OFFERS (4) Oregon, San Jose St, Eastern Wash, Idaho   UPDATED: Definitely one of the fastest rising interior lineman on the west coast for his class. It's tough to gauge exactly where he's at based on film and 3A competition, but he definitely has a stock that has shot through the roof.    9.[player_tooltip player_id='937281' first='Tripp' last='Johansen'] 6-2 260 DE/OLB Willamette COMMITTED: Montana St   UPDATED: From a pure productivity standpoint, there are few who are better. His recent commitment to reigning FCS National Champion MSU makes a lot of sense over numerous other Big Sky and Ivy League schools.    Johansen put together one of the top stat lines in the NW with 73 tackles, 21 TFL's, and 10 sacks but somehow only received 2nd team all-league accolades. Him and his teammate [player_tooltip player_id='791149' first='Kawai' last='Chamberlin'] will be the overwhelming favorites for South Central Conference POY honors next season.    10.[player_tooltip player_id='936920' first='Jasiah' last='Agnimel'] 6-3 205 WR Lake Oswego COMMITTED: Portland St   UPDATED: PSU got a big-time commitment here, but I could see Agnimel landing multiple Mid Major type offers this coming season, so we will see how that works out. Over the last two years he has caught 51 balls for 956 yards and 11 TD's.    Agnimel had a solid junior year earning 2nd team all-league honors for a Lakers squad that won the 6A state title. He finished with 28 catches for 531 yards and 8 TDs.    11. [player_tooltip player_id='937240' first='Isaiah' last='Ormond'] 6-3 295 DL/OL Tualatin OFFERS (2) Eastern Washington, Portland St   UPDATED: Maybe the fastest rising prospect in Oregon. Ormond made the move from Mountainside to Tualatin, and has blown up over the offseason, MVPing the Northwest Showcase and landing offers from multiple Big Sky's. He immediately helps make the T-Wolves a legit 6A title contender.    Ormond was once again a 2nd team all-conference kid on both sides of the football. He has been physically dominant against most while projecting on D due to size. He finished the year with 22 tackles, 8 TFL's, and 6 sacks.    12.[player_tooltip player_id='2088972' first='Luke' last='Brainard'] 6-7 225 TE Wilsonville COMMITTED: Colorado St   UPDATED: Another athlete who makes a significant jump up the rankings board, after catching 20 passes for 249 yards and 8 TDs as a junior, to go with 31 tackles, 8 TFL's, and 2 sacks. CSU has done a great job of recruiting the region with Brainard committing to the Rams over San Diego St, New Mexico and others.    13.[player_tooltip player_id='1358896' first='Andrew' last='Guthrie'] 6-4 210 QB Summit COMMITTED: Northern Arizona   UPDATED: The early commitment to NAU was a good decision and solidifies him as the state's #1 projected QB for the class. Guthrie will look to lead Summit back to the 5A title game after losing 35-21 to Silverton in the championship.    The IMC Offensive POY. Guthrie had a phenomenal 2025 campaign earning 1st team all-state accolades, while passing for 1,546 yards and 18 TD's/2 INTs during the regular season, and helping his team to the 5A state title game.    14.[player_tooltip player_id='937241' first='Cole' last='Hachmeister'] 5-9 170 ATH Tualatin OFFERS (2) Western Kentucky, Portland St   UPDATED: The exception to the rule from a size standpoint, possessing elite 4.4 speed and intangibles you can't teach. Over the last two years he has averaged 9 yards per carry, going for close to 2000 total yards and 22 TDs in 15 games. The D1 offers speak for themselves as he also earned MVP honors at the Northwest Showcase, the largest event on the west coast.    In only 5 games played due to injury, Hachmeister went off again with 87 touches for 881 total yards and 9 TD's, averaging 9.2 yards per carry in the NW's toughest conference. He currently projects as a D1 FCS back.    15.[player_tooltip player_id='1593163' first='Ben' last='Goalen'] 6-4 280 T Summit    UPDATED: Both Andrew Nemec and I agree this kid is the real deal. As mentioned, he might have the best line film in the state, and will play a key role opposite 3* 2028 recruit [player_tooltip player_id='1609771' first='Peter' last='Stanley'] if the Storm are going to win the 5A title.    One of the region's breakout lineman. Goalen has D1 size and made a statement as a junior earning 1st team all-conference and 1st team all-state honors, helping his team to 5A title game. His film speaks to his potential and overall ceiling.    16.[player_tooltip player_id='935357' first='Josiah' last='Hawkins'] 5-10 175 ATH Cascade    UPDATED: From a recruitment standpoint, I think people have been sleeping a little bit here, but that will change. 4A Cascade won the state title last year 52-0 in dominant fashion in large part because of players like Hawkins. Look for FCS schools to start making their intentions known in the coming months.    Hawkins had a dominant year earning 1st team all-state honors on both sides of the football while helping his team to the 4A title. Offensively he had 30 catches for 624 yards and 12 TDs, to go with 42 tackles, 8 PBU's, and 5 INTs on D.     17.[player_tooltip player_id='1369697' first='Talon' last='Sosky'] 6-4 205 WR Central Catholic COMMITTED: Nevada   UPDATED: Sosky is a big physical kid, with a huge upside. Credit to the schools who saw that and moved quickly on him with Nevada looking like the winner over a handful of Big Sky's including FCS champ Montana St.    The transfer from Ridgefield, WA has the size and all of the tools to play a high level of collegiate ball. He was an honorable mention all Mt Hood selection catching 22 passes for 279 yards and 4 TDs, with CC advancing to 6A state title game.    18.[player_tooltip player_id='937338' first='Cash' last='Wilks'] 6-2 220 LB Lake Oswego OFFERS (1) Portland St   UPDATED: The play on the field spoke for itself last season. He will likely have a bunch of division 1 offers before he's done.    One of the fastest rising recruits in Oregon. Wilks earned 1st team all TRL and 1st team all-state honors, while helping the Lakers to a 6A title. Credit to him for backing up all the hype that goes with having D1 genes and a high-profile status.    19.[player_tooltip player_id='1242623' first='Cavan' last='Rogers'] 6-1 170 DB/WR Wilsonville   UPDATED: Definitely one of the most influential transfers in the entire NW, with Rogers making the move from Oregon City to Wilsonville. The 1st team all TRL athlete is one of the most versatile in the region and it could be helpful playing alongside multiple D1 commits on the Wildcats roster.    The OC standout backed up all the hype earning 1st team all TRL honors as a junior. In only 6 games, he caught 40 balls for 695 yards and 5 TD's, averaging 17.4 yards per reception. It should be a big year for him on the 7v7 circuit.    20.[player_tooltip player_id='1119870' first='Jamison' last='Walsh'] 6-4 210 TE/DE/LS Cascade   UPDATED: Walsh is considered one of the top long snappers nationally and adds a unique combination of size and versatility, being able to play at a high level on either side of the ball. Oregon, Oregon St, UNLV and others are fully aware.    If I was a FCS or a Mid Major university, I would be all over Walsh. Separate from the D1 genes he earned 1st team all-state honors at DE and 2nd team at TE, for a group that won the state title in dominant fashion. He is also an elite long snapper, adding to his versatility.    21.[player_tooltip player_id='1359070' first='Drew' last='Miller'] 6-3 200 OLB Nelson   UPDATED: One of the fastest rising prospects in the state, possessing D1/NFL genes and the size necessary to play a high level of collegiate ball. He makes the move from Barlow to Nelson where he should thrive for a program that has been killing it.    Miller was a 1st team all Mt Hood selection as a sophomore, going for 50+ tackles, 6 TFL's, and 3 sacks. He earned 2nd team honors as a junior but had a similar year with the Bruins struggling overall at 2-7.   22.[player_tooltip player_id='1125042' first='Barry' last='Myles'] 6-3 175 WR/ATH Sheldon COMMITTED: Eastern Washington   UPDATED: Credit to the big 6-3 athlete/corner on making a good decision and committing to EWU early. Myles can play on either side of the ball and will give [player_tooltip player_id='1539446' first='Ryker' last='Rohaley'] a D1 target to throw to.    One of the most versatile players in Oregon. Myles makes a nice jump up the rankings board, catching 52 passes for 718 yards and 9 TDs. Defensively he only allowed 3 catches all season, finishing with 22 tackles, 9 PBU's, 3 INTs, and 4 TFL's. He was a 2nd team all-league selection on both sides of the ball with the team finishing 2-7.    23.[player_tooltip player_id='937036' first='Lincoln' last='Teeney'] 6-0 190 DB/ATH Silverton COMMITTED: Idaho    UPDATED: Credit to Teeney, who was the conference POY and helped his team win the 5A state title last season, before going on to sign early with the Vandals. His film is incredibly impressive, showing off elite speed and instincts.    24.[player_tooltip player_id='1359160' first='Dylan' last='Marquez'] 6-4 280 T Lake Oswego OFFERS (1) San Diego   UPDATED: Nemec and I would agree that Marquez is one of the more underrated kids in the state. He recently received a well deserved D1 offer from San Diego and will be the anchor of a line which graduated a lot of talent.    The big man was key up front for a Lakers team that likely had the best O line in the NW. He earned honorable mention all TRL honors possessing the necessary size to play at the highest level.    25.[player_tooltip player_id='796694' first='Jordan' last='Rossetta'] 6-5 215 QB Grants Pass   UPDATED: The big QB has continued to break records at GP passing for over 5000+ yards and 59 TD's the last two seasons. He has received small school attention and those type of offers thus far.    Rossetta had another impressive year, being named a unanimous 1st team all-conference and honorable mention all-state selection. He hit on 65% of his passes for 2400 yards and 25 TD's/6 INT's. From a recruitment standpoint a lot will depend on what he does this off season against top competition.
