Some very talented players have found new homes from last season and will have an impact on their new teams and their upcoming season after making moves during the offseason. Here is a look at a few to watch for the the 2026 season just a little over a month away.

[player_tooltip player_id='719984' first='Justyn' last='Lindsay'] 6'3" 175 WR 2027
2025 School: Lee's Summit North
2026 School: Blue Springs
- This Nebraska commit and top 15 overall recruit in the state for 2027 brings his size and speed to Blue Springs to give QB and Arkansas State commit [player_tooltip player_id='1187176' first='Wyatt' last='Erickson'] another target that can stretch the field and adds a big play weapon to an already talented receiving corp. He had 22 receptions and 7 touchdowns as a junior.

[player_tooltip player_id='1131048' first='Josiah' last='Robinson'] 5'11" 185 DB 2027
2025 School: Lee's Summit North
2026 School: Raymore-Peculiar
- Committed to Tulsa. Robinson has been a D1 target since his freshman year, and has really grown as a player both physically and skill wise since then. One of the top overall defenders in his class, Josiah can run and cover using his track speed, and is very physical against the run.

[player_tooltip player_id='1198810' first='Traice' last='Collier'] 6'2" 180 WR WR 2027
2025 School: Raytown
2026 School: Blue Springs
- The Wildcats add another D1 receiver to it's offense with the talented Collier. He's rangy, has good speed and really makes plays as a reliable target for his quarterback. Traice picked the Missouri State Bears as his college choice after a strong spring and summer helped his recruitment take off. As a junior he had 59 catches for over 700 yards and 5 touchdowns.

[player_tooltip player_id='1188379' first='Tristan' last='Moss'] 6'0" 195 RB 2027
2025 School: Timberland
2026 School: Lift For Life
- My number two running back prospect in the Missouri 2027 class behind [player_tooltip player_id='1452148' first='Kingston' last='Miles'] recently committed to Illinois State and will take his talents there after showcasing them this season for his new school. Moss is very athletic with good speed, elusiveness and can also run for power, with the ability to pick up tough yards and yards after contact. He ran for over 1,000 yards and 15 touchdowns as a junior, and is a receiver threat as well,

[player_tooltip player_id='1352427' first='Grant' last='Hyde'] 6'1" 230 RB/ATH 2027
2025 School: Rock Bridge
2026 School: Southern Boone
- The big running back and versatile athlete made a move West of Columbia but stays in the Mid-Mo area with his talented running and receiving skills. Hyde had great size and runs with power and strength, but has good speed and burst to make big runs. He is getting D1 interest and holds and offer from Eastern Michigan. Last season he ran for almost 600 yards 6 touchdowns averaging over 7 yards per carry as part of a rotation splitting carries.

[player_tooltip player_id='1405378' first='Zayre' last='Thomas'] 6'3" 250 DE 2028
2025 School: Raytown South
2026 School: Lee's Summit
- A top 10 prospect in the 2028 class. Thomas holds multiple D1 offers including from Tennessee, Kansas State and Iowa State. Zayre is big, strong and has a good first step and get off from his defensive end position. He's also very good defending against the run using his strength and shedding blocks to make plays. He adds another talented defender to the returning Class 6 championship Tigers.

Kasmir Manczuk III 6'0" 180 QB 2028
2025 School: Cardinal Ritter
2026 School: Rogersville
- This talented signal caller returns home to Logan-Rogersville after a year in St. Louis playing for one of the top programs in the area and state splitting time as the starting quarterback. Kas talks highly of the experience and how it helped his development as a player and person. Besides his considerable passing skills - live, accurate arm and good decision making - he also developed some impressive running ability. He threw for over 900 yards and 8 touchdowns, and ran for another 445 yards and 7 more scores.

[player_tooltip player_id='2068740' first='Zander' last='Hoffman'] 5'8" 205 RB 2029
2025 School: Battle
2026 School: Capital City
- This compact and powerful running back is fun to watch work. He runs has and loves to initiate contact and lower the boom on defenders. However, he showed some impressive running skills as a freshman last season, including good vision, quick feet, the ability to make people miss beside running them over, and some breakaway speed to take it to the house. He'll be a big addition to the Cavs offense in 2026.

Some very talented players have found new homes from last season and will have an impact on their new teams and their upcoming season after making moves during the offseason. Here is a look at a few to watch for the the 2026 season just a little over a month away.
