Recruiting: Lobos Offer Two 2027 Prospects; Nanez Visits SoCal

In June, they offered dynamic Cleveland WR <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1613490' first='Evan' last='Nanez']</strong> (See Below), our #1 prospect in the rising senior class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One 2 027 prospect has already committed to the Lobos: St. Pius X RB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1154954' first='Hershul' last='Olloway']</strong>, the fastest player in the state.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Earlier this week, the Lobos doubled the number of in-state offers for the current recruiting cycle by extending offers to Alamogordo RB/DB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1605059' first='Bryson' last='Bloom']</strong> and Las Cruces LB <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1606042' first='Denton' last='Walter']</strong>.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Bloom, who blazes the 40 in under 4.5 seconds, rushed for over 1,000 yards and 8 touchdowns while making 64 tackles on defense as a safety for the Tigers in 2025. Per MaxPreps, Walter has made 360 tackles, 34.0 TFL, 12 sacks and 27 QB hurries. Nanez is also an elite basketball player with offers from New Mexico State, Southern Utah and Northern New Mexico College. In football, he's been offered by New Mexico (see above). Thus, he's the extremely rare prospect to hold offers from D1 schools in two major sports.
