Underclassmen Report: 2029/2030s You Need To Watch

Welcome back!   We're bringing you a new Underclassmen Report this Tuesday morning, where we will watch and evaluate some of the early talent we've discovered across the state's 2029 and 2030 classes.   You'll want to stick around and see these guys film for yourselves. This group of prospects have already shown tons of potential in their early high school careers!    [player_tooltip player_id='2211794' first='Landon' last='Law'] is a dominant up-and-coming offensive tackle from Saraland who's already generating P4 interest.   "At 6'3 270, Law has great size, long arms, and plays with impressive leverage and effort every snap, consistently dominating whoever's lined up across from him. I love watching him in the run game. He's really quick at his size and can easily work upfield to flatten defenders in the way and help his teammates move the ball.   Law is just as productive in pass protection. He has impressive lateral quickness and great strength that he uses to constantly keep pass rushers from getting into the backfield. There's a ton that already stands out with Law's game. I have a feeling he's going to take over in 2026."   Law has added offers from Georgia Tech, Troy, and Southern Miss in the last month, and with what he's already shown on tape, there's sure to be more.   You've got to take a look at some of Law's film below. He's a dominant 2029 who's only going to keep getting better and keep getting noticed.      [player_tooltip player_id='2211796' first='Tarrell' last='Milton'] is a talented 2029 EDGE from Leflore who's already impressing us here on the site.   "It's hard to believe Milton is only a freshman. He already has the prototypical build of a collegiate defensive lineman. Standing at 6'5 215, Milton flies off the line of scrimmage and really impresses as a pass rusher. He has violent, quick hands, a wide variety of rush moves, and the size, closing speed, and tackling skills to cause chaos behind the line of scrimmage.   I have a strong feeling we're going to hear and see a ton from Milton over the next three years. He has shown some serious potential early on with his size and athleticism at the line of scrimmage. I won't be surprised if he becomes a top pass rusher in the state's class soon."   I really think Milton is going to take off soon. "Wheeler is a talented RB who uses his speed, burst, and vision to break off huge carries with the ball. He's quick on his feet, sees the field and follows his blockers well, and has top-end speed he uses to completely separate himself from opposing defenses once he breaks into the open field.   Wheeler is just as reliable in the return game. He uses the same skills to break off some massive returns, sometimes even finding the endzone. It's already clear that Wheeler has special athleticism, no matter where he's lined up- there's a lot to be excited about with him and his role at Parker moving forward."   Wheeler has shown a ton of impressive things early on, especially with his speed and explosiveness. "Nation is a talented passer who can accurately pass the ball all over the field. He has great timing with his receivers, can stretch the field with his arm strength, and has shown impressive ball placement on his passes to targets in coverage.   Nation also can perform under pressure/while taking hits- he's a tough dude who can stand tall in the pocket and make some really impressive throws under duress. When you combine that with how he sees the field and can quickly get rid of the ball, it makes him a really tough QB to stop in the pocket. I'm excited to watch his development at Thompson. I think we're going to see a lot from him over the next few years."   I'm serious about what I said with Nation becoming a top-tier QB in his class. He has some real arm talent for his age, and has already put together some great highlights that you can watch below:      [player_tooltip player_id='2080497' first='Jacorey' last='Roberts'] is a talented up-and-coming 2030 RB who really impressed me with his middle school tape.   "Roberts is great at maneuvering the field with the ball in his hands. He's quick, elusive, and does a great job changing his direction, consistently finding open lanes to maximize every carry on the ground.   I'm impressed with Roberts' toughness as well. He has good contact balance and can lower the shoulder to power through defenders and find extra yards. When you blend that with his impressive speed and quickness, it makes him a serious threat with the ball. I think we're going to have to watch out for Roberts going forward- he's impressed me already."   If you watch some of Roberts' early tape, it's clear he already holds a lot of talent. I'm excited to see what he can do moving forward.
