So good that he'd be in the running for top overall performance in my opinion. He tested top 4 in 3 of the 4 agility tests, finishing 2nd overall in the 40 yard dash running a 4.65 and 2nd overall in the broad jump with a 9'8" jump! Wood was very good during indy, his mechanics looked really nice and smooth. As well as the competition period where he showed an understanding of leverage and how important it is to keep it as a DB. What impressed me early on in the showcase was his tight back pedal and no wasted movement coming out of it. He has really good hips as he is able to sink them and flip them to stay stride for stride with the route runner. Davion is a dawg who does not run from any challenge, he loves to get hands on and is great at playing through the hands of receivers. Despite his small stature, he made up for it with his physicality and intensity. If Mar'quai was beat on a route he used his insane closing speed to close the gap with the receiver. From there, he used his receiver skills to attack the ball in the air. Standing at 6'0 220 pounds he looks like a force to be reckoned with and that's exactly what he was. Noah is a versatile linebacker to me as he is able to wall off, jam and reroute receivers, he is also nimble enough to turn and run with running backs that he is manned up with. His versatility lends to his ability to play multiple linebacker positions.
