He has a strong initial punch and throws his moves quickly off that punch before the offensive lineman can recover. Seti has a motor and was giving full effort on every rep during the drills and the one-on-ones.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He is aggressive with his hands and does a good job getting the offensive lineman's hands off him. He had quick feet int he individual drills and had good balance and body control when coming around the edge. He had a really good initial punch out of his stance on defense and is explosive off the ball. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Sometimes he can get caught leaning and good offensive linemen can make him fall forward. On some reps he threw great moves off his initial punch and got to the backfield quickly, but other times he hesitated a bit to throw a move after engagement. He has a really good get off and is a good bender. Alcantara does a good job getting the offensive lineman's hands off of him and does a nice job adjusting his pass rush moves to what the offensive lineman is doing mid rep.
