Best of the Ballhawks at The Stage Collegiate Showcase

The Stage Collegiate Showcase took place at College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn (IL), drawing a quality group of regional talent with college coaches in attendance. Prospects measured in, ran through combine testing in the 40, pro shuttle, and broad jump. The event took place outdoors on a turf surface with ambient temperatures beginning at 55 and dropping to 47 by the time the event ended. Testing was conducted through a short breeze creating a wind chill factor. These secondary prospects impressed in multiple ways throughout the course of the evening.

*** Use code StopPRZ30 at checkout for 30% off your subscription to Prep Redzone ***

BEST OF THE BEST

[player_tooltip player_id='2205161' first='Anthony' last='Carroccio'] | Immaculate Conception College Prep | 2027

Carroccio measured in at 5100 212 and looked well built and rocked up on the hoof. In testing, he ran the fastest time of the night at 4.50, and also put down the best shuttle time of the night at 4.10. His broad jump measured in at 9'9. Carroccio was highly competitive throughout the night, fighting for every rep he could get in one on ones. He was physical in coverage and sudden attacking the football in the run defense drills. Carroccio is tighty wound, explosive and quick, looks like an under the radar safety prospect for the next level.

TOP COMPETITORS

[player_tooltip player_id='2165631' first='Emmanuel' last='James'] | King College Prep | 2027

James is an impressive looking prospect on the hoof with his physical traits. He checked in at 6010 179 and has a ton of length in his arms and legs. In testing, he logged 5.00x40, 4.34 pro shuttle and 8'7 broad jump. That shuttle time showed up on the field with the level of athletic and loose he looked moving in space. James is a developmental prospect that looks like a safety and may actually grow into a linebacker.

[player_tooltip player_id='1355565' first='Jermaine' last='Whitfield'] | King College Prep | 2027

Whitfield is another athlete from King that stood well on the hoof, checking in at 6000 158. He posted a 4.88x40, 4.35 pro shuttle and 8'11 broad jump in testing. He is another that has notable length to him, and in drills he displayed plenty of lateral quickness and reactive athletic ability. Whitfield shows his versatility and competitiveness getting reps in on both sides of the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2205156' first='Jayden' last='Lee'] | Riverside Brookfield | 2027

Lee checked in at 5080 145 and put down some good numbers in combine testing with a 4.67x40, 4.42 pro shuttle and 8'11 broad jump. The shuttle time is certainly not indicative of the way Lee moved throughout the night. Lee is laterally twitchy, smooth and balanced in his backpedal and attacked the ball during all the one on one drills. He was aggressive in the way he spiked straight downhill and pressed the ball carrier in the run periods. He is not afraid of contact and covers ground quickly gliding across the turf.

TAP IN FOR MORE ON THE STAGE COLLEGIATE SHOWCASE!
 https://prepredzone.com/2026/05/best-of-the-backers-at-the-stage-collegiate-showcase/ https://prepredzone.com/2026/05/the-stage-collegiate-showcase-offensive-skill-performers/ https://prepredzone.com/2026/05/deep-quarterback-group-at-the-stage-collegiate-showcase/ https://prepredzone.com/2026/05/who-got-seen-at-the-stage-in-chicagoland/

PREP REDZONE EXPOSURE SERIES IS COMING TO CHICAGOLAND THIS WEEKEND!

NFL Combine-style testing, indy drills, college coaches and scouts on hand, promo codes available!

Tap into the links below and reach out to @nielstopczynski for more!

https://twitter.com/PrepRedzoneIL/status/2049889103244558819

*** Use code StopPRZ30 at checkout for 30% off your subscription to Prep Redzone ***
