MVP's + Top Composite Scores- Max Xposure Showcase "D"

As most know, FSP has consistently produced some of the nation's top talent with a litany of athletes currently in the NFL or playing D1 ball. This past weekend, the Max Xposure Showcase highlighted some of the region's top performers with multiple individuals who will likely be playing at a high level in the years to come.    Have a look at the MVP's and other athletes who put up some of the best overall composite scores, with testing in the 40-yard dash, vert, broad jump, shuttle, and the 3-cone drill.         DEFENSE         MVP's         [player_tooltip player_id='1617792' first='Aedyn' last='Havili'] 28' DT Eastside Catholic   One of the top D lineman in the nation for the 2028 class. Havili was the overall MVP of the combine with offers from the likes of Michigan, Washington, Utah, Cal, and Arizona St. In the trenches very few athletes are more dominant.     [player_tooltip player_id='928141' first='MJ' last='Wadley'] 27' DE Graham Kapowsin   Wadley had a big day taking home MVP D line honors. The very versatile lineman is already ranked one of the state's best at his position, and he could immediately up his stock after making the move from Yelm to 4A Contender GK.    Lawrence Phillips Jr. 30' LB Kennedy Catholic    Get used to the name. Phillips looks like the real deal being named the LB MVP for the day. Tracy Ford was one of the first to speak on his upside with the youngster already being offered by Tulsa as an 8th grader.    [player_tooltip player_id='1012408' first='Kaden' last='Johnson'] 28' DB Bellevue     One of the fastest rising prospects anywhere on the west coast. Still only a sophomore his double digit D1 offers, including multiple SEC opportunities, speak to his game. He was the DB MVP at the combine and he will have a lot of eyes on him this coming season.           Top Composite Scores by Position         Not surprisingly [player_tooltip player_id='1727670' first='Max' last='Bridges'] had the top composite score among D lineman and 3rd overall at the combine with a 92.9. The 6-2 230-pound edge was a machine last year at Glacier Peak, finishing with 44 tackles, 18 sacks, and 10 TFL's. [player_tooltip player_id='1200859' first='Angelo' last='Williams'] of Life Christian is another name we continue to hear often on the camp/combine circuit. He finished in the top 5 as well.    As referenced numerous times already, [player_tooltip player_id='1188110' first='Michael' last='Pulalasi'] of Puyallup will be my favorite for 4A defensive POY honors next season. T Ford said it best calling him a "bad man" at the LB spot.    The 5-10 180 pound [player_tooltip player_id='2166834' first='Nathan' last='Schlack'] of Edmonds Woodway had the #1 composite score at backer ahead of Pulalasi. Some smaller school could get a steal with him.    Other noteworthy LB's include [player_tooltip player_id='2166809' first='Savelle' last='Velazquez'] of Skyview and [player_tooltip player_id='2166835' first='Santana' last='Sahagun'] of Eastside Catholic with both finishing in the top 5 composite score wise.  Velazquez led the GSHL in tackles with 79 during the year as a sophomore, also adding 6 sacks with 11 TFL's. Sahagun is another guy we should hear more about playing for state power Eastside Catholic.    Positionally, the DB group was definitely deeper than most. Two more Bellevue prospects led the way in the secondary with MVP [player_tooltip player_id='1012408' first='Kaden' last='Johnson'] being ranked one of the top corners in the nation for his class. He finished second in composite score to his 5-9 160-pound teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1691690' first='Nick' last='Simms'], who had an unreal day, landing the #1 mark among all competitors at the combine of 94.8.    I could see current sophomore [player_tooltip player_id='1335622' first='Mekhi' last='Fields'] of Rainier Beach blowing up this offseason. He currently holds an offer from Sac St and tested well on the day. Other DB's ranked in the top 5 include rising 2029 prospect [player_tooltip player_id='1557935' first='Isaac' last='Thompson'] of Eastside Catholic and 2nd team all conference Safety [player_tooltip player_id='2166821' first='Amare' last='Payton'] of Kamiak.   [player_tooltip player_id='1247668' first='Sayon' last='Rias'] of Auburn Riverside and freshman standout [player_tooltip player_id='1865137' first='Dom' last='Kelly'] of Lindbergh were two other individuals with top scores. In closing 2031 young gun [player_tooltip player_id='1908525' first='Acen' last='Jones'] already has multiple D1 offers and will have many more. Expect him to be a household name.
