Tuesday Takeover- New 2028s On Our List

He's quick on his feet, is great in pursuit, and can slip by blockers to make some impressive tackles close and behind the line of scrimmage. Kater is just as impressive in coverage. He's physical in press, isn't easily baited, and sticks with his assignments all over the field.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Kater is also a huge factor on special teams. He's a talented returner who frequently puts his team in great starting field position. I can't wait to see more from him this upcoming season. He's quick with his release, runs great routes, and consistently generates tons of separation out wide, making his QB's life way easier. </em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>At DB, Davenport is unstoppable in coverage. He can play zone and man both really well, and is terrific at using his eyes and hands together to create PBUs and INTs all over the field. I'm not sure where Davenport shines more; he's equally talented on both sides of the ball, but man, is he impressive on defense. Price is a smooth route runner who gets in and out of his breaks with ease, and consistently generates ridiculous separation from the DBs lining up against him.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>When open, Price has a seriously reliable set of hands he uses to make challenging catches through coverage, contact, and in clutch spots all over the field. I'm really impressed with how Price moves after the catch. He's quick, has great speed and acceleration, and can easily shake defenders with his elusiveness. We all need to watch out for Price in 2026; he and [player_tooltip player_id='1651373' first='Nash' last='Davis'] are going to cook up this fall."</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Price has picked up offers from Memphis, Louisville, Troy, and several others over the last few weeks. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I won't be surprised when that list grows even more. He's a talented weapon outside who's only going to keep getting better. He's a dominant run defender who consistently sets the edge and takes RBs down in the backfield for loss. I'm seriously impressed with how easy it is for Adair to shed off blockers; he makes it look easy and does it at a really consistent rate.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Adair is also a threat rushing the passer. He gets off the line extremely quickly and overwhelms offensive linemen with his speed, power, and hands, quickly making his way to the QB to rack up pressures and sacks.
