The rising sophomore quarterback sparked the offense for his club, which drew the 3 seed and advanced to the semifinals. He finished with 8 touchdowns and 3 extra points through the air. Bowler showed promise over the weekend. He was steady, consistent in the way he delivered, made good decisions with the ball, and managed the offense.

Broomfield was productive on both sides of the ball during this tournament at receiver and outside backer. He has notably good size on the hoof, moves around with good athletic fluidity, and is rising as both a prospect and a reliable contributor in his second year for TOP GUN Chicago Express. He finished the day with a pair of touchdowns and an extra point offensively, and sealed one of his club's victories with a clutch PBU as the clock ticked down.

Souter might be the best athlete on TOP GUN Chicago Express, but what is not questionable is his ability to impact and produce on both sides of the ball for his 7v7 club. Souter led the team in offensive production for the second straight tournament, finishing with 4 touchdowns and an extra point. He catches the ball at full speed the way an athlete is supposed to run the combine gauntlet drill. He made difficult catches in traffic and diving catches to keep chains moving. Speaking of traffic, he weaved through and around tacklers with very good field vision and football intelligence. Souter was smart in the way he ran his routes over the middle, making sharp cuts or rubbing defenders off a natural pick to get open. His competitiveness stood out.

Cipolla was one of the lesser known prospects heading into the event, but he forced the pen to continue writing the number 13 down on the paper. Cipolla was a reliable target on offense for TOP GUN Chicago Express. He finished with a pair of touchdowns and several chain mover catches, at times selling himself out for the ball. Defensively, he led the club with four passes broken up, including one that helped send the club to the semifinals.

Owens was the top performing rising senior or younger athlete for a BGA Jungle Boyz club that has several young athletes on the come up and playing on the 'future squad.' Owens consistently made plays offensively, was creative in space, showed good hands, and most notably displayed great ball concentration pulling in contested passes. His stand out play was locking in on a ball that should have been picked off, bounced around several sets of hands, and fell to him in the endzone for a key touchdown that contributed to a win, a play that would make former Colts WR Aaron Bailey proud.

Porter, though his natural position is running back, made plays on both sides of the ball in the passing game and in coverage over the course of the tournament. Shifty in space, good athlete, has a ton of physicality to the way he plays football. His 7v7 coach says he has more dog in him than a dog pound and it shows up on the field. He's coachable, he's resilient, and will go out there and make a play when the team needs a play made.

Epps was an exciting athlete to watch compete over the two day event. His speed was evident, in space he had wiggle, he played through whistles and embodied the term "sold out his body to make the play" in a big way. Per his 7v7 coach, he takes pride and leadership in embracing new roles and what's best for the program. He took on a heavy role at corner for the national team and has been nothing but a lockdown, PBU, interception creating machine. Quarterbacks try throwing his way and learn fast to avoid.

"In our 15th season, our team collectively looks forward to the momentum we created during this tourney with 4 wins, and heading to the second half of our season with tourneys in Indiana, Iowa and South Dakota still on the calendar!" -TOP GUN Chicago Express Founder and Coach Scott Hoffman

"For these kids, football is everything.
