The 2028 Watch List: Four Names to Know

Minehart is a strong and tough interior defensive linemen. He can spin off blockers, pursue and chase ballcarriers. Minehart could play with a lower pad level, but he is able to overwhelm blockers at the point-of-attack on his size and upper/lower body strength. Smolenski is a ballhawk who can pick off passes easily, covers and carries deep routes and isn't afraid of being physical with receivers. He is a two-way starter, also excelling on offense where is a good inside receiver and flashes good hands after the catch. Rivers displays good body adjustment. He has soft hands, looking the ball into his possession and flashing good speed after-the-catch if and when he can find daylight. Atwater has a quick release, strong arm and good deep-ball accuracy. He can hit receivers in stride effectively.
