Ranked TEs in the Class of 2027

He remained as our 25th overall ranked player in our most recent update. He has a strong junior season playing in 12 games with 26 Rec, 347 Yds, and 7 TDs and has received multiple P4 offers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:quote --> <blockquote class="wp-block-quote"><!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Very good height with a good frame with lots of room to add functional mass. Good athletic ability with good foot speed, acceleration, lateral agility, flexibility, change of direction, and solid explosiveness. A balanced Tight End can be used as a receiver and as a blocker. As a receiver, he has solid route running ability, with solid release out of two and three-point stances. Solid route stems setting up the top of the route, able to run change of direction routes and deep Seams, Posts, and Corners. Good separation quickness versus Zone coverages, with good processing of the defense to find the hole in the coverage. Solid separation quickness versus man, winning with his size. Good hands and adjust to throws, with solid run-after-catch ability. Good run blocker with good competitive toughness in his blocks, showing good block fits and drive on his blocks with good sustain. Can be used in Gap and Zone blocking schemes and as a puller to lead block to the second level. He has solid height at 6'3" and has room to add mass to his frame.  Often aligned in a tight in-line position, he is utilized as a blocker and receiver, putting up 14 Rec and 145 Yds. His blocking is solid, and there is room for growth and development. Based on his Junior tape, I believe he looks more comfortable on defense, where he can utilize his instincts and make plays from his linebacker position. He has the athleticism to play on the Edge and in off-ball positions. His receiving jumps out on tape with his route running and ability to adjust to throws and catch in traffic. He is a good athlete who can create yards after the catch and can be utilized as a feature in the passing game. As a blocker, he shows good competitive toughness, willing to take on DL and LBs. He is a solid blocker at the high school level and should transition well at the college level as he adds mass and strength. He can be used as a blocker and receiver. Solid blocker, with the size to become a good run blocking TE at the next level with continued development. His large frame makes him a mismatch as a receiver, where he does a good job using his size to create space and make the catch. Solid size for a TE at 6'3", 220lbs. He is a good athlete, which shows in his receiving ability. He has good route running, good adjusting, and catching in traffic ability. Strong, physical run blocker.
