It's been a minute since I dove in on Nebraska athletes, but I am back for more! In fact, it's been since our launch of the Prep Redzone Nebraska site that I wrote continously like I will now along with my role as lead scout of Prep Redzone Dakotas. I started off tonight taking a look at the 2029 class in my film room as there was plenty of upside to like out of this first group of several I will be covering over the next several months.

There is not much tape on Ben as of yet, but man the upside that this young man has to show in the coming years gets a high mark from me. He surely looks like an ideal fit in the defensive trenches and I can gauge already that there is something position flexibility for him brewing. He shows off what should bring monster type physicality as a tackler at the point of attack as the limited clips you see thus far show the violence I would love if I was looking for defensive tackles.

Daniel shows off the twitchy release I look for as an evaluator coming off the edge with his first look on tape with my first glimpse of this Nebraska 2029 class. He's also swift with his hands to disrput the passing lanes as Daniel brings a fighter mentality with his hands on every rep you'll get a chance to watch early. Getting some glimpses of his reps at tight end, you can grasp the length Daniel has as a run-blocker as he does a solid job running his hands with good pad-level for his age as well. Surely like the upside of this young man entering his sophomore season with plenty of room to grow out his frame.

A part of our All-Freshmen Team offensive for Prep Redzone Nebraska, is Lincoln Northeast center [player_tooltip player_id='2135449' first='Gavin' last='White']. If you flip on the tape and watch the first two plays, there's no way you would be able to tell that Gavin was a freshman starter on varsity laster year for the Rockets. The violent hands and quick strength Gavin has at his disposal for his age and measurables is hard to miss. He also is efficent with his foot speed for his age and there surely is upside in that skillset to grow even faster with working on his agility during the offseason. He's surely one of the more intriguing 2029 IOL that I have found in this class thus far.

If you are looking for a 2029 wide receiver with excellent speed off the top of their route, you'll want to want [player_tooltip player_id='2139580' first='Nathan' last='Thiellen'] of Gretna who is one of the most intrigiuing route-runners in this 2029 class thus far especially with intermediate and deep routes. Nathan also has eye-catching change of direction for his age that looks more natural than you would expect out of an incoming sophomore wide receiver. He's one that doesn't have a highlight tape as of yet, but surely should make one as he's surely one to know in this 2029 class for the Dragons.

One of the quicker releases you are going to see from 2029 quarterbacks in Nebraska in my eyes thus far looks to be coming from Lincoln Southwest's [player_tooltip player_id='2139506' first='Thaddeus' last='Keebler']. Another skillset I like out of Thaddeus is the poise he shows off in the pocket as one that you don't feel that he's just entering his sophomore season. It's evident that he's dialed in from a chemistry perspective with his receiving core, due to the efficency he throws with on all three levels. Surely will be one of the best southpaws you will see in this 2029 QB class in Nebraska
