Plummer is an intriguing prospect at left tackle. According to his highlight film, he allowed zero sacks on 235 pass attempts. After watching his film, it's clear that he's technically sound in pass protection and second-level blocking. Plummer's pass-protection reps show solid kick-slide mechanics and mirror ability. His long arms help keep defenders at arm's length. You can see Plummer's ability to handle both speed and power rushers on several plays.

His run-game blocking includes strong second-level blocking and finishing power. Plummer is controlled as he gets to the second level to block linebackers. His length and extension show up when he drives blockers downfield. Blocking in space is not a problem at all for Plummer.

One of the main things that he'll need to do is add mass and lower-body strength to his frame. His mobility, length, and technique give him a strong foundation to build on. Right now, looks like his best fit at the next level would be in a zone-based or balanced offensive scheme once he adds size.

Ikotun's playing strength, finishing ability, and pass protection stand out on his film. On multiple reps, he showsthat he can overpower defenders at the point of attack. There's one play where he immediately pancakes an edge defender lined head-up over him. Ikotun's film also shows that he consistently has a strong initial punch and extention that allows him to control defenders.

In pass protection, I like his mirror ability and hand placement. ON several pass reps, he mirrors outside rushers effectively and maintains leverage. One rep shows Ikotun standing up a defensive lineman for four to five seconds, controlling the rep before finishing with a pancake.

Ikuotun's run bloacking power stand out on film as well. Whether its chip blocking, climbing to the second level, or helping with a double-team block, he's a sure bet to sustain his blocks and finish through contact.

I'd like to see him cotinue to add mass and lower-body strength and continue to work on his pass protection technique. Ikotun is a physical tackle who competes to the whistle and should get the attention of scouts this offseason.

Pearson's first-step explosion, power at the point-of-attack, and ability to shed blocks stand out in his highlights. He has a quick get-off at the snap that enables him to get early leverage against O-lineman. Pearson disrupts plays near the line of scrimmage. There's more evidence of this as he has a few plays on his highlights where he splits double-teams to make a play. His compact frame allows him to hold his ground and generate considerable push inside. As a pass rusher, he also creates pressure by collapsing the pocket and working off blocks to make tackles.

You can tell that Pearson has solid upper-body power on one rep where he just uses one arem to disengage from a blocker before making a tackle near the line of scrimmage. I like his pursuit effort as well. It's not his fault, but it's hard to see his alignment before a few of his plays. Pearson clearly has the power, but I'd also like to see what his pass rush toolbox looks like outside of that. A few more clips showing his lateral range would also help.

It's a lot to like though. Pearson has a motor that doesn't stop and his quick get off, combined with his power, make him a disruptive force in the trenches.

Blain shows a lot of things that you want to see from an interior offensive lineman in his highlights. He plays both center and guard for his team. Blaine's highlights show that he's strong (especially as a run blocker), finishes plays, and is versatile. If anything else, Blaine is going to try to drive defenders as far away from the ball as possible. There are several plays where he comes in defensive tackles, creates movement on combo blocks, and finishes blocks on defenders at the second level.

Blaine's power at the point of attack his evident, attacking with heavy hands and force on contact. The fact that he lines up at cetner, right guard, and left guard and still look comfortable is a plus for him from a recruit standpoint. I think his best shot at the next level is most likely at center, so more snaps in the beginnign of his highlights of him at that position would be benficiary. There's no question that he's a dog when it comes to run blocking. Some more pass-protection clips would balance out a few things and showcase what he can do in that area a little more.

Blaine is a strong run-first interior offensive lineman prospect. I love the way he sets the tone off the snap and plays with what looks like a nasty (but disciplined) disposition. Blaine would shine in a run-heavy scheme at the next level.
