<p>Starting on offense, we take a look at a few athletes who could get in the mix and compete at the varsity level next season if they aren't already. Mercer Island QB [player_tooltip player_id='2137828' first='Luke' last='Christofferson'] is a talented baseball kid who stepped up as a freshman throwing 7 TD's/4 INTs in 5 games at the highest level.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2122973' first='Graydon' last='Burns'] is another quarterback doing well on the 7v7 circuit for Gridiron Sports. Look for him to be a dude at Skyview HS. [player_tooltip player_id='1557975' first='Colten' last='Reid'] of Auburn Riverside is only 5-9 but was a key contributor for the Varsity squad hitting on 50% of his passes with 3 TD's/2 INTs in 5 games this past season. </p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2137855' first='Tytan' last='Phay'] of Puyallup is one to watch at RB playing with all everything athlete [player_tooltip player_id='985352' first='Briytan' last='Bailey']. [player_tooltip player_id='2137873' first='Von' last='Jackson'] is another back over at Sumner whose name you could hear often playing for the state champs. Also don't sleep on [player_tooltip player_id='2134027' first='Jason' last='McIntosh'] of Garfield HS who earned honorable mention all-conference honors as a frosh. </p>

<p>Some of the noteworthy athletes and receivers include [player_tooltip player_id='1557935' first='Isaac' last='Thompson'] of Eastside Catholic who has been impressive playing for FSP. He should be influential for the 3A state power. [player_tooltip player_id='2137880' first='Jameson' last='Lyons'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2137883' first='Holden' last='Hille'] of Camas are two other individuals who bring legit versatility to the table and could play early for the Papermakers. </p>

<p>Speaking of athletes out of the GSHL, 6-4 three sport TE [player_tooltip player_id='2120118' first='Tucker' last='Lumby'] looks the part and could be a big time player for the Falcons. 6-2 WR/LB [player_tooltip player_id='1924403' first='Treyshon' last='Lovelace'] of Puyallup could climb this list as quick as anybody. He played a little varsity ball and has outstanding freshman highlights.</p>

<p>On the line [player_tooltip player_id='2084662' first='Malick' last='Jatta'] put together legit tape at the varsity level. He can play on either side but will likely project on D due to size. [player_tooltip player_id='2137867' first='Loeka' last='Lavea'] is a 6-0 300 pounder to watch playing for Lake Stevens, with 6-3 260-pound O lineman [player_tooltip player_id='2137853' first='Braylin' last='Sandstrom'] of Puyallup being a guy we could hear about as a sophomore. </p>

<p>Kennedy Catholic always has a solid cast of young athletes with [player_tooltip player_id='2135995' first='Yoshi' last='Nu'u'] earning 2<sup>nd</sup> team all-league accolades this past year.</p>

<p>[player_tooltip player_id='2137872' first='Mark' last='Massey'] of Sumner and [player_tooltip player_id='2089104' first='Jayzce' last='Price'] of Mount Tahoma are a pair of D line guys who are intriguing and could play sooner than later for two of the top programs in Washington. 6-2 OLB/DE [player_tooltip player_id='2137877' first='Cy' last='Muraski'] of Camas got some varsity time as a freshman as well making multiple tackles. </p>

<p>There are numerous other individuals with potential starting with small school standout [player_tooltip player_id='1408841' first='Neyemiah' last='Griffieth'] of Orting HS who made 33 tackles as a 9<sup>th</sup> grader in the secondary. 6-2 DB/ATH [player_tooltip player_id='2082644' first='Hayden' last='Hilpert'] of Lakeside brings size to the table and could be an all-conference athlete next year. </p>

<p>Other LB's to remember include [player_tooltip player_id='2137869' first='Gavin' last='Smith'] of Lake Stevens who is a solid baseball player and [player_tooltip player_id='1397392' first='Elijah' last='Littles'] of Lakes who is another quality underclassmen out of Tacoma. </p>
