As customary with my event coverage, I feverishly write as many notes as I can, as quickly as I can, in order to report on as many prospects as I can. In this feature from Prep Redzone New England's Stock Up Showcase, I share my positional notes for the group aforementioned in this article's title. More coverage on different groups will be forthcoming in the days to follow, so be sure to check back later!

It might have been an OTB that caught my eye about Cole St. Pierre. With really good quickness (4.29 shuttle) and surprising power (9'5") for his 169lb frame, St. Pierre did a great job of coming back to and attacking the ball, for he knows that its most secure location is in his hands. He also showed balance when pressed as he refused to get bumped off his route, but was ultimately able to create separation on longer developing routes... It would be for Richard Bates Jr benefit to understand that defenses do not like him. I thought that Bates simply looked too comfortable and casual in his approach to indy and group periods. I suspect that opposing linebackers picked up on this too. When challenged at the line, Bates got totally jammed and stuffed into the backfield on the one rep I caught of his.

Joseph Guity is a prospect I regretfully let get lost in the sauce of a sea of campers. I find it unfathomable that he did not have the camp's best forty and shuttle times (4.48 and 4.23 seconds, respectfully). He must have been moving like the Flash as I mostly missed him this evening. The one glimpse I did get of this roadrunner had me remark that he had an "excellent burst"... One of the biggest-bodied 'backs in attendance was [player_tooltip player_id='1650655' first='Brandon' last='Andoh']. At 6'2", Andoh uses his size well as a receiving threat out of the backfield. I noted that on curls and comeback-type routes, Andoh actually returns and attacks the ball, wanting it in his hands as soon as possible so he can put in that work.

Whether this is error in registration, recording an incorrect bib number, or something else, I had [player_tooltip player_id='741081' first='Lawrence' last='Richardson Jr.'] marked as a running back; however, my notes indicate that he took reps at quarterback. Richardson was an interesting performer. I thought that if he improved his stance arrow that it would increase his accuracy. Regardless, he did throw with plenty of zip on the ball. Additionally, Richardson seemed to have a downward angle/trajectory on many of his throws, with the point of the ball slanted down and the rear of the ball tilted up. Lastly, I would like to see Richardson run with his regular crop of wide receivers. One rep I caught of his, Richardson's target beat his matchup off the ball, but their timing simply was not there.
