The younger prospects did what they needed to do. The parents got their boys on the scene, and they stepped up and showed out. Here are some names to know.

Braunx McKenzie

McKenzie was one of the youngest prospects who showed up this weekend. He is a player in the 2033 class. McKenzie was working out with the running backs. He was the biggest guy in his group amongst his peers. He has some quick feet that were moving through the drills with ease. McKenzie is a player who a lot of people were familiar with at the showcase. It is going to be good to be able to keep up with him for several years to come. This kid is a stud.

Zaya Kekahuna

Kekahuna is an offensive tackle in the 2030 class who came ready to work. With his size and his ability to dominate during the whole junior showcase, he was invited to come back and attend the showcase with the varsity players. Kekahuna does an amazing job of keeping his feet moving in the trenches. He can move around and get those hips turned. Kekahuna is also a confident guy who does not overly anticipate things in the trenches. He is a player who you need to be sure to keep up with.

Reagan Alonzo Socoler

Socoler plays for Game Changer Academy in Nevada. He is a 2030 linebacker who caught the attention of a lot of spectators who were at the showcase. Socoler does a good job of getting to the point of attack when he is in open space. He comes downhill with a lot of confidence making it hard on running backs to get a good move on him. His ability to open his hips in coverage shows that he is going to do just fine in that department. Socoler was one of the top linebackers at the showcase.

Mathius Filmona

Filmona has a nice frame. He is a 6-foot, 210-pound young man who did a good job in the 1v1 session. He worked out at the defensive tackle position. That looks like it is going to be a perfect place for him to grow over the next several years. He is able to handle his own in that short space. Filmona looks like he is going to be a kid who grows into a three-technique prospect who college programs are going to want to know.
