Linebackers to Know in the 2027 Class in the Houston Area

He fights through the mess at the line of scrimmage and finds a way to locate the ball carrier and make stops. Arogbonlo plays downhill with power and shows his strength when attacking blockers. He does an excellent job of mirroring opposing backs and meeting them in the hole. Arogbonlo has a good feel for the game and is a valuable piece to having manning the defense. Umah is an excellent tackler in space and his quickness to the ball is notable. He is one of those guys who's talent and athleticism can be the determining factor in a game defensively. He can be plugged in anywhere in the box and make impactful plays with his effort. He has tremendous lateral speed, not allowing anything outside of him and moves incredibly well in space. He can provide relentless pressure off the edge and can drop back in coverage and cover like a DB. Floyd is a gamer. See ball, get ball and does not stop until the whistle is blown. He is an extremely active player who wants in on every play. Floyd recorded 70 tackles, 11 TFLs, 2 sacks, and 2 INTs on the season. He moves well laterally and will get to the sideline with tremendous effort. McNulty is a tackling machine who tallied 97 total tackles with 8 TFLs this past season.
