<p>As we end the 2025 high school football season this week, and pay attention to the 14 teams that advanced to Pitbull Stadium in Miami, we also take time to look at the many prospects who made a major impact this season.</p>

<p>Because we have the opportunity to follow student/athletes live throughout the year – at games, practices, camps, combines and 7-on-7 events, it is our pleasure to give thousands of these young men exposure and a share of the spotlight.</p>

<p>As seniors get ready for college and continue their careers on the football field, there are several underclassmen that deserve the attention – and we will continue to provide that for them during the remainder of the winter, into the spring and during the hot summer months.<br><br></p>

<p>Just to let you know that we do not sit behind a computer and evaluate prospects. We get out to watch, meet the athletes, parents and coaches, placing that personal touch that has long separated ourselves from anyone else who does this.</p>

<p>Today, we bring you 10 more prospects that deserve this prospect watch:</p>

<p><strong>2026 – Cameryn Arbelaez, OLB/Edge/TE, 6'0, 195, Hudson. </strong>Here is someone who truly made the most out of his final year at the high school level. As he gets ready to enhance his football skills on the weightlifting team and as a track and field performer, we reflect on what he brought to the football field. His nine sacks, three strip sacks, one defensive touchdown, two forced fumbles, 54 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 15 QB Hurries and 12 QB Pressures all added up this season.</p>

<p><strong>2027 – [player_tooltip player_id='1158090' first='Logan' last='Flaherty'], QB, 6'2, 195, Port Charlotte – 3.8 GPA. </strong>As you will continue to watch during the off-season, here is perhaps the best 2027 quarterback prospect in the state and easily one of the nation's best as he continued to raise the bar for the Pirates. His 3,630 total yards (2920 passing - 710 rushing) also included 42 total touchdowns (29 passing - 13 rushing). This is an elite talent!</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Brian Ford, RB/Slot, 5'7, 165, Tarpon Springs East Lake. Track & Field. </strong>Yet another underclassman who lifted his team into the post season with 1,001 rushing yards (8.1 yards per carry) and 1,154 all-purpose yards and 14 touchdowns. He also finished with five games of 100 yards or more.</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Ka'marion Jones, Athlete, 5'8, 160, Bradenton Lakewood Ranch – 3.0 GPA. </strong>Playing on both sides of the ball (WR/DB), this versatile underclassman finished the season off with 23 total tackles, three pass deflections, and one interception on defense. Offensively, he finished with 513 all-purpose yards (336 receiving yards and 117 rushing yards).</p>

<p><strong>2026 – [player_tooltip player_id='1258724' first='Zion' last='Matthews'], RB, 5'11, 201, Orlando Dr. Phillips – 3.6 GPA. </strong>What a tremendous senior season this impressive talent enjoyed as the Panthers surprised everyone by getting three rounds deep in the 7A state playoffs. His 1,356 rushing (6.4 yards per carry), 134 receiving and 20 total touchdowns were huge for this program.</p>

<p><strong>2029 – [player_tooltip player_id='2045030' first='Javian' last='“Champ” Norwood'], WR/Athlete, 5'10, 160, Fort Lauderdale Cardinal Gibbons – 3.4 GPA. </strong>Another elite underclassman who was responsible for guiding the Chiefs to the third round of the state playoffs – just one game away from playing for a state title. His 47 receptions for 830 all-purpose yards and seven touchdowns set standards and set himself up for an off season that will only watch him grow, mature and get better.</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Jayden “J.P.” Porter, DE/DT/ILB, 6'2, 227, Riverview Sumner – 3.3 GPA. </strong>The success of this program as they advanced to the state playoffs revolved around a number of players, but this junior certainly turned heads throughout the season and gave himself an opportunity for colleges and universities to see what he brings to the table. His 35 tackles (30 solos), 12 tackles for loss, four sacks, one pick 6, two fumble recoveries, 10 quarterback hits all came in 10 games he played for the QB hits 10 games played for the Stingrays.</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Keith Smith, RB, 5'7, 160, Bradenton Manatee – 3.0 GPA. Track & Field. </strong>While this was not the ending that the Hurricanes had planned on – not getting to play for a state title, he really brought his best to the table as an offensive weapon with 1,739 all-purpose yards, 16 touchdowns (768 rushing (6.7 yards per carry), 711 return yardage (#1 in 5A) and 260 receiving yards (17.3 yards per carry).</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Darren White, DL, 6'2, 288, Orlando Lake Nona – 4.833 GPA. </strong>When you advance to the state playoffs and provide your school with its first ever win in the post-season, it takes a team to accomplish it. His 80 total tackles (35 solo), 24 tackles for loss and three sacks went a long way in producing an 8-4 season.</p>

<p><strong>2027 – Alexander Winkles, RB, 5'9, 175, Ponte Vedra – 3.5 GPA. </strong>When you win 11 games, there are so many reasons for the success that would take you one win from reaching the state finals. As the Sharks had several top-flight prospects, but this quality underclassman finished the year with 1,107 rushing yards (5.9 yards per carry), 588 receiving yards (10.1 yards per reception) and 17 touchdowns.</p>
