Landry, 27-20, for its first playoff win in 15 years; No. 13 Booker T. Washington beat No. 20 Istrouma, 22-14, for its first playoff win since 2008; and No. 18 Belaire beating No. 15 Patrick Taylor, 42-31; for its first playoff win since 2003. The latter two took road upsets to accomplish. Booker T. Washington flipped the script on Istrouma in a rematch of a 2024 first-round game, and No. 11 G.W. Carver flipped the script on No. 22 Livingston Collegiate in a rematch of a regular-season game.
